First timer at a Sleep Inn & Suites property and wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the room was. Only stayed one night but slept like a baby which is super important to me when travelling.

Are you sure you want my review, because I can assure you, you will not like what I have to say. Basically, do not stay here, was not worth the $215 I spent on a room. The room looked like it hadn’t been renovated in a very long time. The carpet and furniture were old. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience. The bathroom is literally the size of a closet. I had paid for a suite and I expected something a lot better. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable but overall was hot happy. One of the employees also left pillows and a blanket on top of the closet as well that just didn’t look clean. When I booked the room, the pictures of the room on Expedia looked much more majestic and upscale than what I had experienced. So false advertising was exercised here. It was also very noisy because there were a bunch of African American kids who looked to be in their teens staying on our floor and they would not shut up for hours. They were literally all standing outside of their rooms in a group constantly yelling and making excessive noise. I felt like I was in the ghetto. Will never stay here again and I advise others not to come here as well. This place was not even worth $100 a night, let alone the $200 plus I paid, expecting a grand suite. What a joke. I should’ve demanded a full refund but that would’ve been futile. Aren’t you happy you kept sending me email reminders to review this hotel? Get your act together or just shut down your business. Period.

Sleep Inn was very clean! Probably the most important aspect of any hotel stay for me. We were there for a wrestling tournament and had to be at the field house at 7am. They did not offer breakfast before 7am so that was disappointing. However, someone must have pointed that out to management (as several wrestlers and family were staying there) because on Sunday morning when we came down to the lobby at 6:15, breakfast was up and rolling. Thank you Sleep Inn of Lancaster. We travel to this area often from WV for various tournaments and will continue to book here as long as it remains clean and hospitable.

While the hotel was a bit older the room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The staff was attentive and friendly. The continental breakfast was great and included fresh make it yourself waffles. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. 😊

Loved my two-night stay! Friendly staff all around; nicely furnished/decorated room (I felt very comfortable); standard complimentary breakfast (good coffee). The hotel is adjacent to a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a manicured lawn & trees, and is a two minute walk to an ice cream & grille with lovely outdoor seating, popular with families & children. Gas station and restaurant nearby. Lots of parking, and easy access to Rt. 30. I moved to a Marriott Suites my next night and wish I were still at the Sleep Inn. Minor complaint is the highway traffic noise, about 150 yards away - but shielded by lots of trees. I would definitely return here. (Purpose of my visit was to attend a wedding and get in a day or two of biking the local rail trails.)

The room was nice and it was clean. Looked like updated bathroom so that was all nice. Bad part is the put two adults trying to have a nice stay on a floor with 20 plus teenagers. Quiet time was 10 pm till 7 am but that was a joke. Teenage kids using the hallway as running track. Opened door to 10 teens sitting in circle across the hall while another 10 plus we running and yelling up the hallway. By 11 i had enough and let them know i was not happy to pay $400 for a room next to teen flop house. Where was adult supervision?

Location was very good. Close to family and planned activities. A bit pricy though.
