My sister and I came to Allentown for a family funeral. Although it was a sad occasion we very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The food was excellent. The room was very nice and the beds were also very clean and comfortable. The bartender was also excellent!,

It's a nice hotel with a catch - they didn't do any housekeeping even after I requested it. I wouldn't have bothered too much if I was traveling for work, but with a family, including an infant, I would have preferred they would have at least taken out the trash.

My family and I loved our stay here. The amenities the food. The staff so friendly and welcoming. This is will be our preferred place to stay from now on ! We love it !

looks very new, and was easy to get to from the highway. On site dining, but a rather fancy and a bit expensive restaurant that didn't look like it has very kid friendly options.

Dropped by daughter off at Kutztown University. The family and I stayed one night before getting back on the road to go home. The hotel was clean and the employees were great. I highly recommend the location.

Overall me and my family and friends had a beautiful and wonderful stay there. Everything was great with come again definitely would recommend. One thing he did not like was the pool was cloudy dirty and full of hair. Other than that it was awesome
