Suite had a full kitchen but lacked utensils and cleaning material for a family of 4 that stayed there.

I loved the size of the room. A lot of of the bedding has stains on it which grossed me out. There were also other families letting their children go wild in the pool facility without adult supervision. They left it a complete mess, so we decided not to use the pool at all. The staff were great and friendly though!

We spent one night during a family gathering. We were only at the hotel for a few hours but it was fine.

This place is just OK but for what it was was very overpriced. The worst thing is that the heavy curtains won’t close so with natural light pouring in, our kids wouldn’t go to sleep until 10 pm and woke up at 5:30. We were also right next to the outdoor basketball court where a basketball kept bouncing loudly until 10 pm. The room itself was nice and the service was fine, although they won’t make the foldout bed themselves for some reason, and the breakfast selections were mediocre (I saw a lot of omelets in the trash when I threw mine out).
