Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Allentown West

We had people running around and yelling on the floor above us at 11:30pm and when we said somthing the lady at the front desk said there was nothing that they can do about it. We had kids in the room with us

Great hotel. Very clean, excellent support from staff. My daughter is gf and if you ask the attendant, they have options which was super. Wonderful slide for kids. Will be back.

The staff are too nice and friendly. Place was clean and quiet. The pool was amazing. Super easy parking. Bunch of places to eat around the area. Safe area. My family had a great time. Highly recommended and definitely will come back.

Hotel is pretty new , rooms are clean and updated. Downfall- very unpleasant experience with the pool. Apparently there was a birthday party during our stay, and it was unsafe swimming conditions. Too many kids in a small pool. Parents weren’t making their kids adhere to the rules, people were being let in from the outside entrances. They shouldn’t allow that many kids in the pool at one time. Employees were only coming in to stock towels, I’m not sure if they knew how bad the situation was. I should have said something but I didn’t want to cause any trouble. We ended up not even swimming due to this my daughter was scared. ( she is 4).

Very clean property and very nice free breakfast. Has the nicest lady who sets up and stocks breakfast ( Be sure to tip her, she is good at her job) The pool/ slide is always a hit with the kids. All staff is helpful and friendly . I can’t find one single thing that this place falls short on.

The property was well kept, rooms were big and spacious, staff was friendly! The pool is great the kids loved it especially the slide. The gym is good! The weights they have is definitely high end! Housekeeping were friendly and did a great job as well. Would book this place again. And it is conveniently located 30 mins from everything we needed except for the town of reading which was an hour away but it was still good!

The property was fairly clean, and breakfast was average. The staff on check in was very friendly, but the staff on check out day was not. The pool has very strict rules (which is fine, it’s a liability especially with the water slide)- however, none of the rules were being enforced. Kids were sliding down the slide in groups and hitting others, and little kids with water wings were not being supervised in the pool. My child was following the rules- however we were told we needed to vacate the pool since we had already checked out. We stay in hotels VERY often, and have never been told we can’t use the facilities for a few hours after checking out- so for this (unwritten, not a safety concern) rule to be enforced, while the many unsafe behaviors were ignored, is very disappointing.

We booked an overnight stay for my son and me, so he could go swimming in mid-January. The pool and water slide were awesome and kept him and his friend entertained for hours! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for traveling with kids, a little something for everyone. Kristin at the front desk is a gem. She was so nice to us. She addressed my son when we checked in and even walked him over to give him a sneak peak of the pool. Overall, great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in PA. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was very clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and also the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This property was overall amazing. I traveled with my family (5) total and we stayed in the double Queen suite with a double pull out couch. The best part was having two tv’s!!! One for the kids and one for the adults! Great complimentary breakfast every morning and food was always out, hot and fresh. Great eggs btw. Definitely plan on coming back every time we visit the amusement park that’s only 12 minutes away. Thank you for your outstanding service 🙂
