Lady that checked us in was super nice and made check in quick and easy as we arrived at 1am with our two children.

We have stayed here several times as the hotel is close to the grandchildren! The amenities are great, the people are fantastic, beds are soft, the rooms are of a nice size and well appointed!

My family had a great time in your pool area and our room was amazing. If i need to stay again i will definitely choose your line of hotels.

Pros: - Nice property. - Relatively quiet. - Recent property updates. - Large pool. - Breakfast available. Cons: - Entrances were not operational, forcing us to walk in the front door every time. - No towels in pool. - No dinner available at the hotel. - No bathtub (not kid-friendly). - No adjoining rooms available with king beds. - Pool was very cold.

We decided to stay here based on the fact that they advertised a restaurant and had a Starbucks. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed and there isn't a Starbucks, they only serve Starbucks coffee. On top of that the pool had signs that said it was closed for repairs, but on our first night we saw a bunch of kids playing in it. the next day, I asked whether the pool was open or not and the clerk told me that they had opened it for a baseball team (why not everyone?). The clerk then told me that the baseball team vandalized the pool exposing some wiring which caused the pool to REALLY be shut down, because it needed to be drained. Pretty disappointing. Now all of this would have been fine under normal circumstances, but we decided to specifically stay here for the "amenities" instead of staying with the rest of our team, and when none of the amenities were available we had nothing but regrets. They could have simply stated that the restaurant was out of service when we made our reservation and we could have made an educated decision. Instead, I feel lied to. On top of that, none of the exterior door readers worked, so you had to walk all the way around the building if you let the door close. Overall, the room was clean, but the lack of advertised amenities will cause me to never stay here again. They don't even have complimentary breakfast. I have stayed at plenty of Marriot hotels and this one is by far the worst one I've had the displeasure of staying at.

Nice hotel. Beautiful garden area. When we checked in the bedding for the sofa bed was not in the drawer and we had to wait for some time for them to bring it in. Since we checked in late at night and with kids it was an inconvenience.
