It was a great stay because things were up to date, clean, trendy decor, lots of storage, pet friendly, kid friendly and overall well kept. The two front desk staff at check in were friendly. The other lady with shoulder length brunette hair was not welcoming, friendly and avoided eye contact. She should be coached to be more welcoming and greet guests with eye contact and a smile. She liked to keep her head down and ignore people walking in. That should be known. Thank you. The pool was great as well. I just wished there was more of a shallow end for toddlers but that's it. Also bigger pool towels are needed.

This is a clean, enjoyable property. The suites are large enough to accommodate family. Breakfast was very good. The service was excellent. We will definitely continue to use this place when we visit the Hillsboro/Portland Oregon area.

Our family takes an annual trip to Hillsboro to kick off holiday shopping and this is our first time at this hotel. The staff are friendly and provided excellent customer service. Rooms looked brand new and were clean and comfortable. My husband’s favorite part was that the water in the pool was warm (which apparently is hard to find:-) Love the free breakfast especially since I have little ones to feed). Will plan to visit again for our next trip.

Love this hotel. The convenience of having a kitchen is a big plus for our family. This is our third time staying here. My 11 year old wanted to come and stay here for his birthday. Staff are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Friendly Customer Service, well lit parking lot, large family-style rooms, clean pool & workout area, generous breakfast options, sanitizing wipes for keeping things clean like handles, elevator, room surfaces. Bright & cheery interior, lovely trees outside & pleasant territorial views from windows. Family friendly atmosphere & quiet location. Staff able to assist w/extra towel request, delayed check out, greeting at check-in.

After spending the 1 night was call from front desk ask to leave the room it was 7:30 am I had a baby 4 months bearly got any sleep then spend 2 hours to call and figure out which it the hotel could of fix on their end it was a 3 nite book for paid in advance. Never again

My family comes to Hillsboro frequently for reoccurring events. We have stayed at several hotels in the area. Home2 is by far our favorite.

Our family enjoyed the pool immensely. Our room was clean and quiet. The included breakfast was delicious and real food rather than muffins and cereal. Thank you!

Great space for families. Room was enough t got a family of 6, equipped with a mini kitchen. Breakfast was good, not great but options were nice. Service was ok, the gal at check on was nice and helpful but when needed additions things. Other times it was hard to find someone at the front counter. Including the sales manager want over the top with her service. House to home… I liked it and would try to stay with them again. Probably a different city. Hawaii??
