I chose this property for its location and indoor pool/hot tub. My grandchildren and I had a blast in the pool!

The room was fine. The shower head was horrible and the shower was so small! Would be nice to know they had no bathtub in the room because I had small children with me.

Staff friendly, room clean enough for price point — but geez it was noisy! Too close to freeway and parking lot had someone who kept backing up a truck or something, just bleep-bleep-bleep all night and the room above us contained a family who couldn’t control their children and let them stay up till two in the morning jumping off the beds and careening off the walls. No comp breakfast and all that noise made me wish I’d stayed elsewhere. I liked the staff just fine but won’t be staying here again …

This is a poorly managed facility with rude management staff that are rude. The refrigerator in my room was broken. I needed the fridge to store my baby’s milk. When I called management regarding this issue, the front desk supervisor, I think his name was Muodo said he will contact maintenance department. Nobody called back. When I tried to call again to find out, I asked Muodo about an update on the refrigerator. I was not happy about the refrigerator situation and also not happy that the room didn’t have a bath tub. I have stayed at so many hotels with great management where I paid much less and received great customer service. Muodo instead of being apologetic and trying to help resolve the issue said, quote “you’re not ok with this hotel, all our guests are ok with us”. Instead of putting customers first, he was disrespectful and tried to argue with his customers for their own poor hotel maintenance. it is unfair to the customers to pay for amenities they never used and also receive disrespectful comments for complaining about it. If you believe it is unfair and don’t want to be treated the same. you should take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of nicer hotels in the same price range in this area, choosing this hotel was a big mistake on my part. Also during check-in, the front desk charged my credit card for the room again even though I had already been charged by Expedia, which I didn’t mind.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. The pool was FREEZING and our fridge didn’t work. My room smelled really strong like bleach. The highway is loud next to the property, but it was ok for a quick stay. I traveled solo with my toddler and felt safe.

The front desk staff was terrible. He was rude right from the beginning. I was very disappointed in the service and the way my family was treated by him.

It was close to the zoo and lots of restaurant options 5 min drive. There was no continental breakfast, only grab and go items for like $8. Someone was smoking pot on our floor. the pool was cold and the hottub was freezing not working. The room surprisingly was good though. I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom so the kids and us could do our hair and bush our teeth if someone was using the washroom or shower.
