Embassy Suites Portland/Hillsboro, Oregon

The hotel was centrally located to my needs while in the Hillsboro area and came highly recommended by family members. I froze all night for 3 nights, as I could not turn the a.c. down. No towel racks for wet towels. I mentioned this to the front desk and was told this hotel doesn’t have them. Every hotel needs towel racks!! Altho the room and bathroom were very large, there was absolutely no place for wet towels and we never had maid service for 4 days to empty the trash cans.

We were impressed at how clean and nice the property was as soon as we walked in the door. Beds were comfortable and the room was comfortable for a family of 6. Room service came while we were out and replenished and cleaned. The only thing I was unsure about when we got there was the parking fee but it looked like there might be one when we looked online so it wasn’t a huge deal.

The Suite was so awesome if you have a baby , we were able to have our own room to shut and it was very quiet and comfortable

Incredibly surprised by how amazing this hotel stay was. The staff was completely friendly and in addition, it was a clean, large and a comfortable space to be in. Not to mention the rooms were extremely high-end in my opinion. The breakfast staff wasn’t the friendliest, but I think it’s because we went during holidays and it was during the Christmas weekend so I won’t look into that too much. Thoroughly enjoyed it and so did my family. I think this is where I will be staying next time I come.

Let me start off to say, I’m not a picky customer, but there is a standard that Embassy Suites should uphold, which is why we ALWAYS choose them. So, the staff was kind, hotel cleanliness was on point! But Do not eat at the restaurant - we’re not busy by any means (we were the only second party there) they got half our orders wrong, forgot to make 2 of our orders, brought out an extra kids dish by their mistake and then charged us for it, we sent back a burger that was ordered with no cheese and received back the same burger with the cheese scraped off. The food was 5 star pricing, but 1 star food. No soap in the rooms, the bed was leaning so bad my husband and I had the worst nights sleep ever at a hotel, breakfast was mediocre at best, even my children wouldn’t even eat the sausage. I am very disappointed in this Embassy Suites Hotel property.

I loved having a room and then a living room. It made traveling with a baby so easy and nice. The hotel staff were really great with keeping things so tidy and nice. The breakfast selection was also great.

We enjoyed being able to have our family together. We enjoyed the afternoon drinks and treats and the breakfast along with several dips in the pool together. It was a perfect week-end.

Very clean, attractive property. Pleasant and helpful staff. Had to pay $10 for parking, unexpectedly. Breakfast was above average. Sofa beds are terrible. If you’re a family and planning on using the sofa bed for an adult, think again.

Hotel was very convenient for my family since we were attending a High School Band's event. Very comfortable rooms and clean. Breakfast was wonderful too.

Hotel was perfect. Great atmosphere, nice people and kid friendly. No problems whatsoever!
