Brenda at the front desk deserves 10 stars. She came through for my family in an unfortunate maintenance situation that arose while we were enroute to Portland. Communication was outstanding, and we could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Brenda!

Hotel was nice and relatively clean (found a bug crawling on the floor and crumbs in the pull-out bed when we first arrived). We liked the layout of the room, it felt cozy with the couch, kitchen nook, bathroom in the middle, and there was a nice place to work on the desk. Breakfast was good with something that everyone in our family enjoyed (the potatoes were especially good). We didn't use the pool/hot tub... it seemed smaller than what the photos showed.

Room was good, kids loved the pool. Food was good. We had to pay a pet cleaning fee which is understandable. But I got a 190$ charge on my debit card that the receptionist can’t tell what it’s for and it is not detailed on my emailed receipt.
