Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa South - Woodland Hills, an IHG Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was exceptional, and breakfast was wonderful. All staff members were super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I visit Tulsa! The price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you making this a great place to stay while visiting family and celebrating my granddaughter’s 2nd BDay. She loved swimming in the pool!😊

The lady at the front desk was so good at getting things done. We ha kids knocking on door at 3a.m. Or so. We had a 2 yr old trying to sleep!!! The last time they knocked real loud like a bat hitting the door. Called the front desk & they got them fast!

Reception gentleman( August 9, 5:45pm)( young guy) was nice, even we called asking about the hair dryer. He always smile and polite. The swimming pool, we went to Courtyard Marriott, the reception gentleman was so nice and proper service we really liked it. The room is good size for family and clean. If we come to Tulsa for my son’s Jr tennis tournament in the future, we would love to stay here again.

Good trip. Haven’t been to breakfast yet, kids are excited to go eat!

We were there to visit family and see a sick family member. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, would stay there again if in the area again.

We checked in for our 2 queen beds/1 sofa bed suite. The lobby was terribly hot and humid but it was tidy. We got our room keys and went to our room and settled in. I hadnt immediately noticed that it was not a suite yet. We drove three hours to Tulsa and was very worn out from the drive and the heat. It took 30 minutes for me to realize that the room was not what we booked but a regular 2 queen bed room. I went back down and spoke with the receptionist and said "well, I do have ONE suite available if you would like to move". Of course we would like to move because that is what we booked for. He told us that we had to gather all of our things and come back down to the lobby with everyone before he could make me keys for the other room. I asked why he could not make me keys so that we could just move our belongings to the correct room instead of hauling all our our stuff and kids back down to the lobby and then back up. His reason was so that the house cleaner could touch up the room we are in. That made no sense and was making things more frustrating. There is no indoor pool and that is not listed in the amenities information. The sofa bed was a thin flimsy "mattress" and when I asked for sheets/pillows and blankets we had to go back down there and bring it ourselves. The blanket was also scratchy and smelled disgusting so if you plan to use a sofa bed here bring your own sheets and blankets.

Upon arrival, one of the beds in my room had dirty and stained bed sheets with something that looked like body fluids. Got that room exhanged into a new one on the 2nd floor. Second room was nice and clean, but there were people above my room who seemed to have kids or someone who kept running up and down and jumping for over 2 hrs at night. After I called the front desk to see if they could please let the people know to keep it down, it got semi better after another hour. Other than that, stay was really good and loved the comfort of the bed.
