Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South

When it is advertised that breakfast is provided until 10:00 then the staff should cook more if there is no food. My husband went to breakfast at 7:30 and was told that no more food would be cooked. By the time I got down with four kids at 9:00 the only thing available was toast, cereal, and bagels. We don’t eat bread due to allergies. We were told that they were out of food. This was the only complaint.

Booked rooms but ended up in kings instead of double queens. We’re told there were no double queens to move to so I requested the next night we be moved if queens became available, which they did but we weren’t moved or even told. I went on Travelocity and found a double Queen and rented it. We had rented a meeting room with projector and podium for after funeral family time. We get there and the sandwiches were too few to feed everyone, nothing to drink but coffee and hot coffee flavored water. They brought us a tv to play slideshow on but no podium, no water to drink until 3/4 off the way through and it was immediately consumed. I never got anything to drink. When I complained to management via email and asked for refund of tv charge they did it but wouldn’t refund anything else. Manger was downright rude to me via emailed response. Never again will I stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. Did I mention they gave us 2 rollaway twin beds in the king rooms, left them standing horizontally and handed me two Queen sheets to make the bed myself. No pillows or blanket were available. Miserable cold night spent with a spring stabbing me. Avoid this place!!!
