Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa-Woodland Hills 71st-Memorial

Nice pool Very friendly staff Location is great. Mall, restaurants, attractions for kids all within 1/4 mile of hotel.

We were in town for one of our kid’s sports event over a weekend and needed somewhere to stay. This hotel was in a great location with lots of great places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The only problem I had was being denied my request to pay for a late check out. They explained it was due to short staffing. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and will look forward to staying there again.

Ashley, Alex and Dijon were phenomenal and treated us like family! It's wonderful when we're all on a first name basis! Hampton Inn is fortunate to have such fabulous employees on staff! They were kind, caring and accommodating. They are the main reason why we will be back!

This hotel was family friendly. It was clean snd very comfortable.

Well the 1st night, I checked in, great!! When i came down for breakfast the next day, returned to my room and the key didnt work. Front desk person, seemed annoyed with me, as she proceeded to tell me there was no one in that room, (but omI had my key) was I sure I was in that room? (yes, had my key) - "you should be in this number room on the 1st floor! Not the 2nd floor?! she then followed me to the room with master key and it didnt open. There was a green mintenance tag. (she could have changed the room# & reset my key really) All my stuff was in the room, I had to then wait 30-40 minutes for maintenance to open the door. Then I had to REPACK all my belongings to be put in the room they claim was my original room on a lower floor. I was extremely upset, (I was there for my brothers funeral services & family) I used to work for hilton hotels in Gaithersburg, MD from 95-99.. as a frnt desk spvsr.. It could have been avoided. I would like some type of compensation. I was late for some of my family events due to this fiasco. The remainder of my stay was fine, for the remaining 4 days!

Our family was just passing through on our way to SD. Everything was great. The beds, the hotel, the food and the pool. It worked well especially since we brought our pups! Would stay again!

staff was very friendly. Soccer tournament in town, and hotel was filled with kids. Worried about noise, but my room was very quiet. We had 2 King Beds, which is very unusual, but great for us. Breakfast was good, but they couldn't keep up with all those kids.

We enjoyed our stay in the Hampton Inn and Suites. As advertised, it's just across the street from the mall, located to all kinds of shopping areas, and was comfortable and clean. We were dropping off family at the airport and were able to get there in no time. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. I would recommend one to bring their own pillow as the pillows were not too terribly comfortable and the AC unit was very loud, but those are just minor issues. Overall, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable and we would stay again without hesitation.

The day staff at the desk was always helpful and had a cheerful attitude. We travel with a special needs grandchild and the person at the desk always made a positive comment and tried to interact with him. That is refreshing in a world the often does not life an eye to acknowledge his presence. Thank you.
