This is the third time staying here. Whenever we come to town to see family this is our go to place. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also close to restaurants and stores.

There was a problem with our reservation so we were bumped up to the deluxe suite. Amazing room! I don't usually book suites at these places as the cost is never worth the minimal added space. This one would have been worth it. The pool is really nice with a "splash park area" in addition to a nice sized pool and hot tub. Arcade room looked nice but I was able to keep the kids out of it.

We were kicked out of the hotel on the last evening because my autistic child had a meltdown and the manager was unsympathetic. It was 5:30 PM and the manager was concerned about my daughter screaming. He should have been more concerned about the cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system, the marijuana smoke one of the rooms, and the people running up and down the hall at midnight and arguing in the hall, but no, my kid was causing a problem for him. Why he had guests anywhere near us when there were maybe 12 people in the entire hotel is beyond me. I won't be staying here again.

Staff was rude, pool required wristbands which we were not made aware of. We were meeting family there to spend time and they couldn’t visit the pool with us.

This was a very nice Comfort Inn. Our suite was entirely clean and very spacious. We stayed two nights for a family wedding. Large bathroom. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area clean and comfortable. Easy access to stores for last-minute items. We recommend Marie's for delicious italian food; Alexandri's for great value/real food/diner/with specials and Greek items. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The walls are thin so if you’re hoping for a quiet getaway or quiet sleep you won’t get it as you can hear kids yelling and screaming and even people talking outside your door. The room was okay clean. There was some dust, light bulb out in the bathroom and the comforter did have some stains on it. The staff were lovely and friendly. I did not eat the breakfast but it was available and smelled good. The location was perfect next to food, grocery stores and the family I was visiting. If you’re looking for a place for just you where you will only be at night to sleep then I would recommend. If you’re looking to relax then I probably would not recommend. I also felt like it was a safe area.
