Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Akron/Seville

We stayed at the hotel while visiting family in Ohio. Easy check in, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. It was a basic room, but clean and included a mini refrig & microwave. The bed was comfy and it was a very quiet weekend. The hotel offers a tasty breakfast... sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hash brown, waffles, yogurt, toast, muffins, bagels, juice and fruit. Complimentary coffee is right next to the breakfast room. This is our second stay and will most likely book again when visiting family. Thank you!

The property is very quiet and feels very safe. Parking is a little tight in the back, but otherwise, a great space with a pool that the kids love

It was a great price and I was nervous so I read reviews. I am not sure how those reviews were given. My 2 cents: no thank you. The room was not clean overall. Higher traffic areas were cleaner. For example there was no dirt in the sink. However on the edge of the sink, at the base of the spout, and the edge of the bathroom floor there was dirt, dust and hair. I opened the closet and it was dirty and clearly not part of the normal routine due to immense dust bunnies. Breakfast was included but nothing like I have experienced before. They had a 6 ft folding table that the worker stood behind in front of the counter. You had to ask for what you wanted. “Cold items” like cereal you could pour for yourself but you had to ask for milk. For the prepackaged mini donuts we had to ask for them. They asked how many kids I had and then gave those. Found small spiders too. We got home the next night and washed everything, vacuumed all luggage, and Lysol-ed and still feel uneasy. Not worth the anxiety to save some money.

Liked everything about the property, the employees, location to family and just everything.

We were in Ohio for a 90th birthday party and this place was close to everything and convenient to places of interest. Lovely place and very nice staff. Will be back when visiting family again!

The staff makes this hotel wonderful to stay in. We had a trying week due to a family death and each staff member went beyond with kindness. I will stay here every time we return to Ohio. Thank you

Were a family of 6 and this was one of the more comfortable hotels we have stayed in. At this price what a deal! The customer service was stellar.

The rooms were very spacious, the pool water was warm and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were not very soundproof. We could feel and hear when the people above us walked and it woke us up and was frustrating. We woke up on Easter morning to find out there was no hot breakfast with no warning or note out. With small children and passing through on a holiday was hard and this put a very sour taste in our mouth.
