We regularly come to Akron to visit family and this is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel that we would make a point to revisit. This is primarily due to the outstanding staff we encountered. So friendly! We were given a goodie bag of water and treats at checkin. The room was very agreeable. Not brand new, but comfortable and met our needs, which is what we have typically encountered in hotels in this area. Same with the free breakfast. Decent fare for this price point. But again, we’ve NEVER encountered such friendly staff. Definitely stay here!

Great property with a comfortable room, great service, and a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff was very friendly and the room was in good shape. My only complaint is that I did not get to use the pool when I was hoping to because even though the pool hours said closed at 11 and adults only from 11 pm-12 am, there were several children in the pool during this time period and taking up the entire area up until midnight. I recognize this isn't a huge deal but I specifically chose a hotel with a pool to relax in after a long day so it was disappointing to see that it was full of kids and I was unable to do so.

We were in town as vendors for the art show. We need a fridge for our food during the long days. We didn't get one in the first room, but they were able to move us. We had a child running like mad above us for a good hour until we called the front desk and they were very nice and took care of it for us. One night my Mom needed some OJ for her diabetes and we ran out, the manger was nice enough to turn the machine on for me so I could get her a glass. The staff was just wonderful! Some of the best that we've encountered in our travels. The room was large and very comfortable. I certainly would recommend the hotel.
