Quality Inn

I will be staying here again. Everyone was very friendly helping me with the road construction around the area. The room was very nice. the mini fridge held all our drinks. The pool and hot tub where wonderful after a full day of walking. the location was great close enough to go back and forth from sugar creek without too much trouble and close to stores around Dover and close towns. It was so quiet and peaceful around the hotel and they had a patio with a few benches. the breakfast was amazing I could not eat all they offered from fruit to pastries to yogurt to eggs and bacon and the hot food changed each day. A+. it had everything for each of my family members

We recommend this hotel overall. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There were enough basic options for breakfast that it definitely met our needs. We especially appreciated the waffles, boiled eggs, and cereal/oatmeal. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the hot tub did not work at all the last night of our stay and both the swimming pool and hot tub were dirty - the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see under water with or without goggles. Also- we think the chemical balance was off because two of our children opened their eyes under water and their eyes immediately started burning. We had to rush them to our room and rinse their eyes out with some contact solution. Their eyes were stinging all night, and they were bright red. That has never happened before to us while swimming! My kids swim a lot too, they were on swim team. So… everything was great, just beware of the pool and hot tub.

Our basketball team stayed here. It was very safe, super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub slot! We will stay here again!

For the most part the staff was excellent and friendly. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights (well over $700 for the stay), 4 adults and 4 children. There was one night at the pool where my kids were told they were being too loud, not once but twice when in all actuality they weren’t loud and they were just playing. The night before there was a party that was 10x louder and nothing was ever said to those kids. The place is outdated. The key cards only worked half the time. The hallways smelled and one of the rooms had a very nasty odor in it they tried to cover up using an air purifier. I love taking my family on weekend getaways and when we return to the area, I definitely will NOT be staying here.

I was in town visiting family. My original reservation with another hotel was canceled last minute. I am happy that I had the chance to stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. I will be staying here in the future!

I liked everything besides a bunch of kids running back and forth down the hall being extremely loud until around 11pm.
