Best friendly staff I have ever seen, facility is great, very clean, well maintained, very safe and a lot of options for kids, very family friendly hotel

Wonderful retreat for our family...escape there as often as possible...love the shows! and the Carlisle inn, Warther Museum close by and all the wonderful shopping near by! Keep up the great work!

Had a wonderful relaxing time at the Carlisle in Sugar CreekOH. The room was perfect, beds were so comfortable! The room they have where breakfast is served is also great for visiting with friends or make new ones as you enjoy cookies and popcorn in a living room atmosphere! Someone played the baby grand piano last night while we all guessed what song was being played! Great evening fun since everything closed up early in Amish country! The entertainment was just a guest at the hotel. Will definitely be staying soon again!

Great place to stay. Breakfast is great with the fresh donuts and kids love the cookie and popcorn at night!

This was such a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and entire complex was clean, beautiful, and family friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great stay and grand kids love the pool area.

The hotel is clean and very quiet, however, we felt the room was small. We typically have four adults and one infant on a girls trip. We have never stayed here before, but we found it to be less roomy than other places we've stayed. We also requested an accessible room in January for an August trip. We received an email two weeks prior to our trip that the accessible room was not available. Found out when we arrived that there is ONLY ONE accessible room in the hotel [seems unusual for a hotel this size], and that someone else had reserved it two weeks prior to our reservation. Could they not have told us that back in January instead of waiting until two weeks before our trip??? The continental breakfast was sufficient. Cookies and popcorn are served in the evening. The pool was nice, but the rules stated that an adult needed to accompany minors and there were children swimming without an adult. . .and using the hot tub that was not for young children. The staff was courteous and kind, but we will likely not stay here again due to the size of the rooms.

Very clean and a family atmosphere

We liked everything about the hotel. Where it was located and the walking distance for the shopping and dinner. We liked how late the pool was open and having the snacks from 6 to 9:30 at night. I will recommend it to our family and friends
