Had a great time was there for the pool for kids to swim and visit with family

Very frustrated with the staff. Booked a room for my father and family, an upon arrival they did not receive the parking that is given with my level status even though I paid for everything. Exhausted from his long drive already had to search for parking for a long time.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit family. The only thing I would like to see is a light at the intersection where you turn on to get to hotel.

Staff was amazing room was clean pool was perfect kids had fun!!!

We have to compliment your employee Brian at the Bolivar location. We had went to the wrong Sleep Inn originally and by the time we showed up at our correct location(Bolivar) we were tired and miserable. Brian was the employee on duty and was so very pleasant. Later that evening my son wanted to go into the pool so we went. It was close to closing time and Brian came into the pool area and told us that he was going to clean out the coffee machine but wanted to see if we wanted any before he did. I have to tell you….I own my own company and if it were closer to Bolivar, I would absolutely steal Brian from you guys. These days you don’t see that type of customer service anymore especially from kids his age. He has an innate kindness that shows when dealing with your customers. Honestly this was our first time ever staying at one of your hotels but it will not be our last and you can thank Brian for that. I hope you pay him well. His customer service skills are exemplary and he needs to be recognized for that. Please Thank him for us.

My stay was okay the hotel was outdated breakfast was great staff was very friendly. I was there for a football tournament so I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!
