Staybridge Suites Canton, an IHG Hotel

Pool good for kids. Breakfast was good.

I was traveling with my kids and we had a great stay. The pool is really nice and so is the outside patio. The room is spacious and breakfast was great. We'll stay again.

Gotto the room saw the shower stall the floor looked terrible, i called front desk the lady mentioned that the installers went jnto shower stall casuing the brown stain. I got clorox and a scrubber scrubbed the floor it looked like the brown marks lessen. called front desk about kitchen cabinet door just fell off the last occupants opened it too hard. the maintenance guy came straight away. That was good. Please let visitors KNOW about the shower stalls maybe so we wont think " how could they?! Dirty shower stalls!?". Would ease our minds heehe one other thing there was a creepy man out once. Creeped me out thakful family member waitd till I got to my room. Pray the folks are close by incase God forbid anything happen to elders. Other wise i like the stay minus few Tiny thkngs

They same same breakfast if u stay few day and water pool toooooo strong salt water and hurt our 6 kids and they got a rash body and won’t come back because it sucker!!!!! And waste my 2 days

This was my second time staying here and will be my last. It’s more for people who are planning to stay longer than one night. It’s truckers and family’s, dogs etc. Definitely not for business travel. There were no toiletries in the bath room and no trash can in the room. Maybe it was over looked not sure but I won’t be back.

We have stayed here before. We hit up HoFames in Cleveland and Canton. We stay here due to location and size of room for our family. Unfortunately it is quick and dknt get much hotel time . The rooms is nice with cleanliness theoughout. The kitchen set up is great along with the fullsize frig. Love the tvs in eacj section of the rooms. Beds are very comfortable alkng with clean sheets. No real issues aside from bedroom doorways use a half double door, just acqward. The bathroom sink does not ha e a door if youneed to sneak on the middle of the night, toilet does but sink area open. Just a couple of tidbit issues, overall we have enjoyed our stay atthis hotel. Would do it again.

The hotel was clean and extremely comfortable. Great place for families. The breakfast was extensive and the staff was helpful and friendly.

There were a lot of conveniences about the Canton Staybridge- great location, breakfast options, helpful, kind staff. This was a wonderful spot for traveling with kids. But I thought the noise was a bit too loud- the walls and windows/exterior were too thin and not insulated enough. The hotel sits in a plaza shared by a restaurant/bar and shops, restaurants. I could hear car traffic, a garbage truck at 3am, train, sirens, loud cars. I ended up buying earplugs after night 1 so slept better. And I will say, the staff were very accomodating and great.

Just really enjoyed our stay with my family

The ceiling / floors are thin. Had an issue with the family above us letting tge kids and dog run around jumping off beds, etc for 2 hours. The doors were rattling. The GM made the calls and stopped it. They normally put families with small kids on the ground floor to prevent this, but were at capacity. Well handled.
