There were unruly families, ignoring the hotels policies, letting their kids run rampant, and the parents were drunk and yelling at guests.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Jessica at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The only problem was the TV. It would not play. The 2 ladies had to come multiple times to reset it. It would play 30 min or less. Good thing I had a phone to play games and watch TV on. It seemed to be an on-going problem with that room #317. It was so busy we had to wait. The ladies were very friendly. Other than that everything else was excellent. Good selection for breakfast too.

Our room had used towels still in it from the previous guests and the room was left unkempt. Unfortunately our room was also right next to the pool. the noise transfer rate was horrendous. Guests did not abide by the posted rules of use. There was a hockey tournament in town and most of the children were left unsupervised unfortunately. Even worse than that noise was the staff vacuuming from 0115 to 0145 in the lobby area which you could hear in the room as well. Noise transfer from the expressway didn’t help either. What a shame as I’ve grown to expect much more from the Marriott. Desk personnel were unfortunately very aloof about the condition.

Great hotel for the price! Comfortable bed and clean room. Would recommend for a family heading to Canton.

Clean, nice staff, but the place was very outdated. Peeling wallpaper in hallways. There were two basketball hoops in the parking lot beside the hotel that our children enjoyed.
