My family’s stay was perfect!

Even with a lot of kids on the weekend - hallways were kept quiet for all guests

We were there for one night after my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was all very nice and helpful. The power went out the next morning so it made it a little hectic. It was out of the staffs control and they handled it VERY well. Everyone was super accommodating! Lenny saved the day with some bottled drinks so my kids could enjoy breakfast. Would absolutely stay again!

I always stay here when I come to Ohio. I requested early check-in and was greeted by a staff member that I see frequently here when I visit. They always make me feel like family. Easy check-in, and always amazing staff!! Puts certain hotels in the area to shame in every category!!

This was such a fun getaway for my kids and myself.

I always stay here when i make trips home. However the last couple times I've had more issues than ever. Check is always awesome! However, the AC was not functioning properly (which was addressed) the 2nd day there was a very prominent smell of Marijuana throughout the entire 3rd floor. For hours! Several nights of my stay (Sat-Tues) there were small children running up and down the hall creaming w no one watching them, then there was a random dog wandering the hall. Its unfortunate but i will probably not stay here in the future. Like i had mentioned I've stayed here every trip home, and its not the cheapest place but i dont mind bc ive never had such frequent issues. Also the pool was not clean, cloudy and unappealing. I was traveling with my 14 year old that is a severe asthmatic and the smell of Marijuana was also in our room.

I have stayed at this Embassy Suites a few times. It’s a normal hotel, probably used for business travel. I happen to stay there while visiting family in that area. The staff has routinely been exceptional when it comes to friendliness and service. Specifically, the woman who works the omelette bar at breakfast (and who has for at least a few years) is probably the kindest person in the world. No exaggeration here: she is probably the kindest person in the world.

No issues or problems. Hotel experience was amazing. Staff helpful. Room service restaurant food was pretty good and fast. Hotel even gave us space to have our annual family game night the day after thanks giving and the night was amazing because I got engaged!

I didn't think that a hotel near the airport would be this quiet. This place was perfect for the family gathering that I planned.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel all around. For under $200 for six people, we had a suite room with a cook to order breakfast included. Staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The cook offered to bring my children a personal plate for my children if what they wanted was not on the buffet. There was a concierge when entering the hotel that was very kind and informative. My daughter had to use the restroom at breakfast and didn’t know where it was. Instead of just being told, the employee walked her to the restroom. It was evident the staff went above and beyond.
