It would have been nice to have a breakfast that was stocked. I was there 6 days and 4 of those days things ran out. I had 3 kids and was not able to get to the breakfast until 8:30-8:45.

We paid for 2 queen beds & we’re only given a king. Multiple attempts with customer service were no help. Room was old and dated. Never paid $200+ for such poor service & was not even the room we ordered. Was traveling with my 2 kids. Worst experience I’ve had.

The property was clean and comfortable. Although we did use a pull out couch that could have used a good steam cleaning. My kids did not enjoy the breakfast, as there weren’t that many choices. But they did get down there a bit before closing, so I imagine there weren’t as many choices left. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and nice location. Staff was super friendly and great! Only negative is the walls are so thin so it’s super noisy. We had kids running above us at 7am nonstop so not very restfull. Otherwise everything was okay.

This was an excellent property. Clean and modern. Just wished the first night someone wouldve paid attention to a kids sleepover next door. Didnt sleep very well.

We were very upset that no one reached out to let us know that the pool was closed for “maintenance”. We wanted to cancel and go somewhere else that had a working pool, but was told we would not receive a refund. Between my sister, and I we had a total of 4 rooms. So we had a lot of unhappy kids. And let’s not even talk about how the staff were literally closing the breakfast while we were standing there trying to get our stuff warmed up. We was down there 30 minutes before it ended, but it was busy, so the microwave was not available right away. I won’t stay at this location again.
