The room was large. I booked this room because of the couch with a hide a bed. I took a trip with my two adult sons. The couch was so terrible even a toddler would be uncomfortable on it. The bathroom door was so heavy and hard to open and close. It is also so squeaky it woke everyone in the room when they attempted to close it. I would not book here again. With that said, the room was clean breakfast was good staff was nice.

Great place to stay! The staff here is so accommodating and kind! It’s perfect for families. Will definitely stay again!

The pool area was freezing. Water was warm for the kids to swim but the parents had to wear their coats just to sit in the room. The lady at the front desk was rude and impersonal (always wearing earmuffs). The room was clean, and housekeeping staff was friendly.

Excellent location and space. Kitchen on site was very helpful for my family.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and everything was really excellent! from the reception staff to the cleaning staff, all the staff were excellent and any concerns or questions we had they guided us very well, the breakfast was very good and varied (there is Japanese breakfast) nothing was ever missing despite the number of customers who there was. on January 1st so they planned very well for that day, the hotel facilities were great, the pool with towels always available, the gym always clean and tidy, the laundry area tidy, the barbecue area could be a little better, the grills and accessories but I imagine that for the summer it will be better, I 100% recommend this place to go with the family and without a doubt I would stay here again, the service is first class.

We stayed 3 nights, 2 adults, 3 kids. Size of room- 2 queens & pull out couch with partial kitchen was a perfect size. Bathroom was a bit small but still worked for 5 of us. Breakfast was great with many options. The pool was normally not busy when we used it. Staff were friendly & attentive.

This hotel was exactly what my family was looking for. The continental breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed eating it in the cool morning air by the fire. Great atmosphere!

Unattended children in, running about and playing with buffet utensils in dining area made a quiet, sanitary breakfast simply impossible.

We came on a vacation with our two grandchildren. We we stayed there because of the pool. We was not told that the pool was down.The carpet in the room was not the greatest. We will not be staying at the Home 2 suite again. We didn't know the the town well enough to do anything with them.The weekend wasn't the greatest .We felt bad because it was there summer vacation .

They overbooked the hotel and could not offer me the room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa like I had paid for. Instead they gave me a king bed and a pull out sofa. One of my sons had to sleep on the floor. The only offer they gave me to make it right was to give me a second room down the hall but I was not going to have my children sleep in a separate room from us.
