I needed to relax, I booked for hot tub n pool. Once there was told they were closed… Very disappointing seeing that I only went there for time away from family to relax after having a stressful week…

Our room was not cleaned at all, bed was made but that seems to be about it. Carpeting was not vacuumed and bathroom floor had human hair all over it and the toilet was not cleaned at all. Addressed this with front desk, they sent someone up to clean the bathroom and all he cleaned was the toilet, left muddy footprints all over the floor and did not address the hair. As a parent of two small children (<4y) this was very disturbing and unacceptable.

The pool here was surprisingly nice and was a great activity for our two kids. The lobby area is updated and well-kept. Our room was nice enough, but not in the best condition. One of the drawer pulls was hanging off on one side, the cover for the AC unit was completely pulled off, and one of the sconce lights by the bed was hanging sort of sideways. Definitely some maintenance is needed in the rooms, but overall it was a nice stay and all the staff and maintenance workers were very friendly!
