During our 3 day stay, I had interactions with 8 different staff members. All were extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating. The included breakfast, was your average continental style, but the customer service of those preparing the breakfast was outstanding. There were areas of the building that were a little messy/dirty, but it's only because they're in the middle of renovations/remodeling. My family and I, would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent and so was the service. Unfortunately there was a youth group staying at the same time and children were running in the halls until 11PM.

We stayed 2 nights. The front desk person was rude as if we weren't there and interrupting her conversation. We asked to have our room serviced. We were told that we have to give 24 hr notice and before noon. We would have had to request it prior to our arrival. We traveled from across the country for a family reunion so we were jet lagged. We were told that we could bring our towels down to exchange for clean ones. I asked for the cleaning cart, I'll clean the room myself. We went back up stairs and brought our towels down, we didn't want to inconvenience them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

At check out we were charged an additional fee because the cleaning staff said that they found urine in one of the beds so when explaining to the front desk that there were no kids in the room with us and that we would like to come back up and see exactly what urine stains they were referring to they denied us excess and said they would send pictures and we haven't received any pictures. Needless to say that we were at this property for 3 days and not once did housekeeping ean the room even after we requested it after the first day other that the nice lady at the front desk in the morning's the stay was horrible
