Walking distance to restaurants. Very clean hotel and rooms, relaxing atmosphere. Saw a good mix of family and business people.

Your staff were very sympathetic to us we were there not for fun but a family death. They were very attentive to our needs. From the little we saw of Ohio hopefully we can come back for a fun trip

The property was very conveniently located to where my destination was which was nice. The hotel is very big and seemed to be rented out for the most part by a bunch of youth soccer teams for the weekend I was there. My room was overlooking the pool area and they were playing a softball game for a few hours and were very very very loud. The kids were running up and down the hallways of the hotel shrieking and slamming doors into the night. I have kids of my own and certainly can understand youthful exuberance but this went far beyond that. At no point did any hotel staff even attempt to calm either situation. I selected this hotel because it was pricier so I had hoped that I could be guaranteed at least a quiet stay which was not the case. At breakfast the next morning after waiting awhile to be seated although the restaurant was almost empty, my guest and I were seated at a still wet table with a half dad large fly right on my side of the table. Needless to say, not too appetizing and rather disgusting. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. My hotel room was well appointed and the decor was nice. The staff seemed nice but were understaffed as is the case at most places nowadays. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel but I would be sure to request a room not facing the pool area and ask when booking if there will be large groups of children staying during your time there. If screaming and running unruly preteens don’t bother you then have no fear!

Rooms were good, restaurant was good. However I was expecting someone to help with my bags , I stayed with my two young grandkids and had to be doing everything from when I parked.

I love to stay on campus when visiting UD. This stay was the night following my child's graduation - staff was great, lovely hotel.
