Have stayed at this location many times. I was glad that the pool was open this time. Breakfast had a hard time keeping up. Wasn’t much food and we had to wait for things . Checked in late and got my first ever noise call within 30 mins of us checking in and trying to put our kids down to bed, there was no “we know you just check in but… or anything “ just do you have dogs or kids there’s a noise complaint. But the place is beautifully clean.

The staff was sooo stiff. My daughter said she has to use the restroom to me, the front desk was like “there’s a bathroom down the hall”. I said thanks but she’s gonna wait till she get to the room. From that moment on the lady face turned up and made then “ugh” response. You have no clue why my child won’t use that restroom, thank you for the offer, however there’s a reason there was a no. Respectfully finish conducting business with the Same energy you had when we walked in. What could have been helpful”oh no worries let me try to speed this up”. Not the judgmental response. The room was fine LOOKING. But the windows were full of cigarette ashes and there was two different house cleaning tags which is tail tale sign that someone didn’t move everything to clean. The tv kept the settings on so it was hard to watch tv. Other than that our stay was great.

The hotel was clean. The service was friendly. The suite was comfortable. It was great having a full size fridge, and a dishwasher. The kids enjoyed the pool! We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the lobby. The Bartender was friendly. The only disappointment for anyone in our family is that our 16 yr old hockey player was not old enough to use the fitness room, while we were staying for a hockey tournament. All in all, we had a great stay. Will definitely stay again, if we are in the area.
