Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood

We had an outstanding stay. We took our 2 year old grandchild for a swim party. The pool area was extremely clean and a lot of fun. All of the food and drink perks were great.

We stayed at this hotel for a short visit to Cleveland to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a Cavs game, and the Football Hall of Fame. Every single staff member was pleasant. The pool and hot tub were great. The evening snacks and drinks were very convenient. The hotel is very clean and is located in a nice area. There are restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods. My whole family rated this hotel at a 10/10. I will look for this particular brand of hotel for future stays.

One of the elevators was down so we had long wait times to get up and down from our room on the 7th floor. the breakfast was not that great. It tooks staff long times to refill the food and there wasnt much to choose from when we went down to eat at 7:30 am. Also the customer cups for drinks were baby size. not even 12 oz. Which made you have to refill a lot or bring your own cup to breakfast. The coffee wasnt that great, and they only had half & half and not regular creamer. On the plus side, the rooms were nice and clean, although the beds were not the most comfortable. The pool seemed a bit dirty. Staff was super nice and professional.

Property is nice, check in was fine, however for the first 2 hours it was very noisy. The walls a apparently thin in the room we were given. We could hear exactly what the ppl next to us were saying…and a young family was..well quite noisy so we had to turned on the tv to block out the sound. Disappointing bc Drury Inns, in our experience have traditionally been very quiet

Menus are repative and not much available for a picky toddler (wish mac & cheese cups, applesauce and such) were available, grandson (12) was wishing there was a "dessert option" such as cookies or ice cream. Asked the room service girl as we were leaving for the day and she was outside our room if she could possibly pick up our towels and leave some extra as well as an extra blanket and upon return, room had not been touched and had to go to front desk and ask .

This was our first time at a Drury property, and we are already planning return trips. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the onset. Our room was up to date and clean (we even think that the carpet was steam cleaned before our arrival because it was all slightly damp). The Manager’s Happy Hour was outstanding (again, friendly staff!) and had three free drinks per person and great food (this could definitely be a free dinner for most people). Breakfast has many options and the staff was on top of refilling everything. On the second morning, we were using paper plates and plastic cutlery, but hey, stuff happens! Lots of close parking. Two restaurants in the parking lot. Lots of green area around the hotel. We even saw four deer grazing on the hill behind the hotel as we sat in the hot tub. Only downside was that the pool was exceptionally busy, there were no towels, and there was no one there to set parents straight who let their children run amok. Kids jumping into the hot tub, screaming, rough play on the decks, and running. It was chaotic. I wish a staff me never could have come in to gently remind parents and children of the rules. But we did go at a very busy time. All in all, we LOVED this hotel, but next time we will have to stay at the Drury right in downtown.

It’s a sure bet for the family or by yourself. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, clean, offers the best amenities, great food, nice rates. The woman at the front desk, (Unique) she was very helpful, understanding, and pleasant. My family enjoyed ourselves with absolutely no complaints!

My husband and I were very impressed with the hotel, staff, bar options, evening heavy hors d'oeuvres, and delicious breakfast. Everything was just great. No issues of any kind, and we slept on a comfy mattress! We will definitely stay here in the future- every time we come to town to see the kids and grands.

Excellent staff especially at check in. Lynne was super helpful! Great amenities. I wish there were adult hours for pool. A lot of kids in pool area we weren’t able to enjoy that amenity. Nice complimentary dinner and three drinks. Worth every
