Good hotel to stay for individual or business or family

The receptionist who greeted us was nothing short of amazing. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom door was stuck and it took both of us to open it, there was no remote in the room and the phone didn’t work, it did however make a loud siren noise for our first hour there. I had to use my cell to call the front desk. A guy answered and said he could bring me a remote but didn’t know what to tell me about the phone. We unplugged it and the noise stopped but there was no phone for the duration of our stay. There were a lot of kids there. There was pizza boxes on the floor in the hallway and kids running up and down the halls. I’m glad we only needed to stay one night.

The staff was very friendly. The food we ordered wasn’t that good. Isabella was Very sweet. Every staffer I encountered made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely come back and i will share my great experiences with my family and friends

I was in town for family business. My accommodations were great. The atmosphere was calming. There were several restaurants around to select from for meal options.

This hotel was great! Check in was fast and friendly. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping were very friendly. The hotel is modern. The main floor has a bar area as well as a game area with video game console, free classic arcade games, a pool table and assorted board games. There was an outdoor courtyard seating area that was very comfortable. The pool was small and was under maintenance during our stay but it looked nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. No bathtub, just a walkin shower with Dry Bar Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body wash. Dry Bar hand bar soap was also provided along with a body cream (not a dry bar). Grounds were well maintained and clean. This is a pet friendly hotel, yet it does not smell like dogs in any of the areas. It is also family friendly. Location was perfect. It was near the main highway, close to shopping and dinning. Close to Downtown Cleveland. Area was quite and safe. Would definitely stay at this hotel chain again!
