We booked a suite for our family of 5 and instead we got a single room with just two beds.

This Hampton is undergoing needed renovations. Our family has stayed here about 8 times. We enjoy the pool, large dining/living room, & nearby store’s & restaurants. We used to live in the area, so it’s a comfortable east side of Cleveland location. Hopefully the prices after renovation won’t prohibit our stays & look forward to no more issues with toilets, lamps, beds, etc.

We stayed here for a family reunion, and it was delightful. The lady who checked us in was warm, friendly and even was able to upgrade us because we were Hilton Honors members. The coffee in the lobby always seemed fresh, our room was large and well arranged (I love having a sink outside the bathroom) and breakfast was very nice. One morning, I asked if the Western Omelets were vegetarian, and the lady refilling th e tray said that they weren't, but to go sit down for a few minutes and she'd bring me some eggs without meat in them. She really didn't need to do that for me, I could have eaten many other things, but it was really nice of her and I deeply appreciated it. I thought this hotel was great and would happily stay there again.

The hotel was nice but we only booked this one because of the hot tub. When we went down at 7pm, the pool and hot tub was overrun by kids. It seemed as though someone was having a party. We could not get in the hot tub because it was so full of kids. I was very disappointed. There was a wheelchair at the bottom of one flight of stairs, towels laying on the floor, kids running up and down hallways and the fire alarm incident just as we were falling asleep. I will it stay here again.

Room and hotel overall was good. Breakfast variety and taste was good. Comfy bed. Pool water was cold. Arrived to find out they had wrong room under my name (king accessible) and it wasn’t available so gave me king standard. Then was told 2nd room was not prepaid. He claimed money was never transferred from hotels.com. They charged me for the second room again. I didn’t have time to figure out right then as we were taking grandkids to Disney on Ice. Looked back at my reservation and sure enough booked 2 double queen rooms and paid for both same time as i told the gentleman. He insisted it wasn’t paid and made me pay again.

The heat was temperamental. We had it between 78-80 and the room was still cold. The kids got sick. I asked for light duty cleaning and never got it we had to vacuum and bring down the old laundry and take up new linens. The staff had wonderful amazing personalities and that made up for the uncleanness in the pool area also the fridge in the room is on its way out

The people at the front desk were very nice and so was the breakfast server. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The only thing that bothered me was, when we got to the hotel around 5:30p, there was a very large family using the pool and jacuzzi. They basically took up the whole thing. They were clearly there way before we got there. I went down to the pool around 8:00p and they were still there. Sat at the table for a little bit then decided to go in. The family consisted of about 15 kids and 3 adults. I didn't stay long cause the kids were splashing a lot and doing cannon balls and a lot of high pitched screaming. I saw other guests looking to go swimming but left because of how many people were in the pool already. The family didn't leave until the pool closed at 10p. I know it's not the hotels fault but they kind of ruined that part. Maybe there should be a 2hr limit or something for large groups.
