Suite was very comfortable and convenient for a family of 7. Even the pull-out sofa was comfortable, and the full size fridge/freezer was very helpful. The pool was also a nice amenity.

We only stayed at this hotel one night.I could have stayed for a week.It was very nice Down side no hot tub and kids running around the pool and outside like crazy ..... very very loud... we went back to our room

I booked for an overnight stay due to A power outage. My room that was assigned had A broken shower. The water wouldn’t even come on at all. The lady behind the front desk moved me immediately to another room once I advised her which was great. However there was A dirty rag in the tub with red stuff all on it which appeared to be maybe hair dye. I chose not to even say anything about it as I was tired and me and my family just wanted to shower and get to bed. Breakfast was terrible the eggs were not edible and we were not able to get waffles due to A large group of kids literally A woman was making waffles for 45 minutes for almost 20 kids. Other than that no complaints. Staff was great that I interacted with.

We were there with our family for an overnight stay. The room was nice until we saw all the ants in it after we had already unpacked everything. We had to re-pack & move rooms.

They’re was a guy who checked me in Christmas night who was rude and after I came back at about 12 am to go to my room with my family to find I needed Clean bed linen because my duvet was badly stained with yellow stains and the sleeper sofa had no linens.I went to the front desk to get some and he came from the back very upset as if I’d a waken him from sleep then I ask for an extra blanket he slapped his thigh and shouted OMG at me I was a bit nervous and taken back.

We stopped here on our journey to Kentucky to visit family surprised about this facility! The bed was amazing as was the breakfast rooms are very clean no issues I would definitely stay here again whenever I could! I love this hotel brand and have been a member for about five years, but this is the first time I ever actually stayed at Homewood. Thank you for everything you do.

The stay and the staff were very nice and welcoming. They were professional and were able to answer any questions that we had. The property was very clean, quiet and just nice to stay at. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean as well as the entire room. The rooms were way bigger than I expected. Plenty of room. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, dinning table, family room, huge bedroom and bathroom. I will definitely return next year.

They didn’t have the room we reserved. So while they did comp a second room it was not what we planned traveling as a family. Also the continental breakfast the next morning was terrible. The “hot” items were cold and completely inedible and other options were very limited.

Everything was great. The highlight of the hotel stay was the spacious and clean pool and the complimentary breakfast setup. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had ever. There was plenty of food for each of my kids to have their own thing and not settle for mediocre basics like other places. Staff was friendly and able to help whenever we needed something.
