Hampton Inn Cleveland-Solon

Check in was a breeze, the pool was great for the kids, and the one night we stayed was comfortable and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Dale at the front desk was so nice. He kept the pool open an extra hour for us because we arrived later than expected and our kids really wanted to swim.

The staff here were friendly and polite BUT we ran into a few issues. The blankets are not soft enough here, I had to run out and grab a different blanket that I personally bought. The pool had a dirty film to it, and our hotel room shower had hair in it from whoever used it before us. There was CONSTANT noise in the hotel at night. Whether it was from kids crying, screaming, playing or adults from being intoxicated and laughing. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this isn’t it.

No frills place, perfect for what we needed. A place to crash while traveling across country with two infants

This was our second stay on our return trip from Nebraska on family business. We liked the accommodations the first time through so decided on a second stay. Will keep this hotel in mind for future trips.

Check in was hectic as they seemed short staffed…they appeared to be having a busy weekend and were dealing with unruly kids in the pool. The room was comfortable and we were able to walk next door for a good steak dinner.

I booked a Hampton Inn room for our family on Expedia. I requested a room for 2 adults and 3 children, ages 10, 7, and 6. The room I selected was listed as a room that slept 5 guests, exactly what we needed. However, when we arrived, our room had only 2 double beds and no sofa. The room was nice, but small for 5 people. When I asked the woman at the desk for a cot, she informed me that they have no cots in the hotel and are not allowed to use them because of fire codes. When I told her that I had booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 guests, her only response was, "Yeah, a lot of people have that complaint." She offered no help whatsoever in remedying the situation. I asked for an extra pillow, and my son slept on the floor....in a hotel room that was supposed to have enough beds for our whole family. (By the way, Hampton Inn offers free pack & plays for babies to sleep in, according to the guest services manual in the room....but my 6 year old son certainly doesn't fit in a pack & play.) Hampton Inn & Expedia - please correct your listing information for the 2 double bed rooms at Hampton Inn in Solon, OH. They sleep FOUR not five guests.

We were there two night we were close to every thing. The hotel beds were great , room was very clean . My family loved the food
