The hotel has great options for a family, offering a suite with multiple beds at a great rate. The rating was good, so we booked it last minute for a one-night stay. While the staff was vey nice and helpful, I was disappointed with the room cleanliness: multiple stains on the sofa bed as well as the main beds' cover. Quite a difference from the expectation you get initially. Overall, the property is close to Cleveland downtown and other attractions, has a nice gym and a variety of selections for breakfast.

The pool/jacuzzi were in usable - they were dirty and I would not allow my kids to swim or us to relax in that filthy water. The room and everything else was amazing. Hot breakfast could be better - only options were eggs and I cannot eat eggs. A sausage biscuit or plain bacon/sausage would be better.

Pool was closed for maintenance- only reason we picked this hotel for our kids to swim. Refrigerator turned off in the middle of the night spoiling baby’s formula- during a nationwide shortage, condition of the pullout couch was poor.
