We arrived very late due to a flight delay & the front desk attendant was so accommodating realizing myself & family were exhausted. She got us rooms together & gave us one bedrooms. She was so nice. The breakfast staff was the same—asking if we needed anything to make our stay better etc. Our beds were very comfortable too. I’d definitely stay here again.

This place has gone downhill. I chose to stay here with my family after being very impressed a few very ago.
The dishes in the kitchen were still dirty, there was no linen provided for the pull-out. We called and the desk clerk told me to come down and get some.
We had no extra toiletries, there were 6 of us in the room. The room we got wasn't what we had reserved, and my credit card was compromised right after I checked out! I reserved king beds and was given a room with queen beds.
When I tried to check out, the woman took almost 10 minutes to arrive at the desk, and looked like she just woke up, and was very scantily dressed. Marriot was not professional at all.

Loved the downtown atmosphere. Busy area but not loud. Conveniently located within walking distance to Progressive Field baseball stadium. It had lots of unique shops located within the hotel, however they closed fairly early. Little pricy, especially after paying over $100 for 2 nights of valet parking. Not sure if there were any other parking options. Only other con was hot breakfast items not being available. Breakfast is available from 7am-10am. My family didn't make it there until about 9:45 and other than make your own waffle, all hot item pans were empty. There were about 10 other people that came in after us wanting hot items as well. Staff courteously explained hot items took one hour to prepare. I felt they should have made enough to ensure items were still available up until the breakfast time advertised. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Nice and roomy- good for families. Room and hotel is a little dated and not super clean. Just okay. Had pros and cons.

Great location and a very unique hotel. The building is very nice. Our room was very clean and large..not luxurious...but great for a family getaway.

The room/suite was huge for our family of six. (2 adults, 4 teens) The pull out sofa was awful, glad we brought a blow up mattress. We were in the back part of the hotel which was an odd set up and a long walk thru the dining area and shopping area. Bowling alley next store until 2 am was distracting when were trying to sleep. However, this hotel was clean, had friendly staff and convenient, walking distance to restaurants and hall of fame (about a mile) Great place, valet was a plus but it's $37-ish a night. We are used to parking fees and budget for it. Personally it was worth it not having to figure out where to park downtown or having to drag suitcases and other things all over.

We needed a place to stay a week in Cleveland, and this hotel was perfect. The kitchen was enough so that we could have breakfast in the room and have snacks on hand. The bed was comfortable to fit 2 adults and a kid. The AC definitely worked!
The location is also super walkable. It was easy to run to CVS or Heinen's for groceries, but also a quick walk to Progressive Field or Tower City. The valet parking was convenient as well. If we come back, we'll stay here!

Second time in a row I have booked through hotels.com and have NOT been given the room I paid extra to get. In this case, I am not sure if it is Marriott's fault, or hotels.com. When I was told they did not have the specific room I booked, the woman at the front desk had me go to 3 different rooms, throughout the hotel (she called Maintenance to come with me) to see if those three rooms were what I booked. They weren't what I booked either, but we were perplexed why they didn't even know what their rooms were at the Front Desk.
So we ended up just taking the room that they offered - we were tired, and my wife and three children and myself were now just ready to shut down for the night. So the 5 of us crammed into two beds in a room I did not book. The room was rundown - part of the carpet near the kitchenette was torn up (we had the same issue last year) and pins that hold the carpet down were sticking up, making it dangerous to walk around that area.
We have stayed at this hotel many times, but it is run down and services is not what it used to be. Not sure we will be back at this hotel, and this likely is our last time using hotels.com - as my last two bookings have BOTH not been what I booked or paid for. I've received no feedback from Customer Service at hotels.com, and am supposedly as "Gold Member". The Front desk tried to offer me bonus Marriott Bonvoy points, which I agreed to, but they have not showed up either. Pretty sure those points were never given.
