Suite was a great option for our 2 toddlers. Beds were not super comfortable. A bit outdated and there’s a lot of competition around for suites. Not enough outlets and when you could find one, the cords would not stay in. Needs some updating.

Clean is everywhere. Not only room but also lobby, breakfast table, sofa bed. I stayed hotel over 20 nights per year with my family but I am sure this hotel is the best one.

Traveled to Cleveland to visit family. Our stay was quiet and restful. Kinda wish we had one more day.

The check-in gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful. He recommended a restaurant that we ate at and it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults; 2 kids). The woman who was refreshing the breakfast bar was also very kind and helpful. We will definately be staying here again when we come to the area. We stayed in Feb., 2024

This hotel was a stopover on our way home from vacation.
Every staff member I encountered while staying was just incredibly kind and obviously very happy working there. If it wasn't for them-I would have left.
I am so confused by the “excellent” rating of the hotel itself. You walk into a lovely lobby and expect the same in the rooms. However, the second you step down the hallway toward the rooms it becomes a dark, dingy, outdated experience. It looks like they started renovating the rooms at some point-the entry tile and the bathroom, and then stopped. The rooms are dark and very outdated. The carpet in the hallways and the rooms need to be addressed, as does the dim lighting and 90’s textured wallpapered walls.
Our first room had some major issues-it reeked of stale smoke, the curtains were ripped, the carpet tiles had been glued back down (poorly- you could see the dark colored glue at the edges) and there was something wrong with the window. My whole family just sorta stopped and looked around. After a few minutes we decided we could not stay in that room. I went back to the desk and asked for a new room, and was given one without issues, thankfully.
We were moments away from moving to the hotel next door-and would have-but they were full. We’ve stayed in many Hampton’s over the years (and this was our 2nd Hampton on this trip) and this was the first one I’ve ever felt that did not live up to that name or expectations. Would not stay here again.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Also in a quiet area close to the interstate. Breakfast was great. Coffee was better than most hotel breakfast bars. The pool is outside so clearly seasonal use but it was heated so even though it was only 70 degrees and in the shade pre sunset my kids were warm enough.

Loved the extra room. We booked the suite and will definitely do that again. Great for families.

I love staying here. I’m a regular and I am super thankful for the front desk staff. I’m treated like family and always feel very well taken care of.

Arrived late evening just wanted to sleep.Pillows where cheap and uncomfortable. Bed was hard and made me itch.the class shower door wouldn't stay closed and when I tried to close it it fell off its rollers and almost hit my feet. That caused me to run late and had I not been in Cleveland for a family funeral I wouldn't have made a complaint at the front desk.. didn't even get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area!

I came for 5 nights to visit my best friend who had just gotten engaged. I was travelling alone with my infant son. This hotel was perfect for the two of us. I had a king size bed and requested the infant bed which was a pack n play. The pack n play fit perfectly in the room next to the bed. It was also very clean and seemed like new.
The daily breakfast buffet that was included was delicious. I was also pleased to see the hot food changed daily, some days it was scrambled eggs and bacon while other days it was omelets and pork patties.
Wifi service was decent, though a bit annoying to sign in every night. The cable channels had everything, including my son's favorite baby channels.
