Amazing stay. Everything was as described on the site. Very clean, friendly staff. The only thing I missed was having a crib for my baby. That should be there as sleeping with babies at heights, or between parents on soft beds can be dangerous. Other than that, no complaints or issues.

One night stay with the family. Staff were very helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Beds are clean and comfortable.

The hotel was ok. It sports fun colors and a fun atmosphere. Breakfast was good and the hotel was fairly clean (but could have been cleaner). All this being said, I had a MAJOR problem to be dealt with. When I got to the hotel, it took us about an hour and a half to get into our room. The front desk person told me that hotels.com failed to make the payment for the room ( I paid hotels.com in full when I booked the room). They then proceeded to have me call hotels.com and figure this out on my own. After a lot of back and forth, we finally were able to get into the room- by then it was near 9pm. I paid $250+ for this room. We booked 4 hotel rooms in 4 nights - ALL THROUGH HOTELS.com- and had to deal with this the final night of our vacation. The person on the phone did credit me $40 on my account, but that’s not nearly enough trouble for the hassle my family and I went through. I am incredibly disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of communication between hotels.com and Hilton.

Very friendly customer service, but it’s in a very bad neighborhood for the price per night. Rooms are fine, not overly comfortable but fine for a night. Breakfast is included- my kids were happy with it (pancake machine). Basic breakfast fare. I now know to check the area of all hotels before booking.

Great service and amenities. Super comfy lobby with games and tons of outlets. What I would ask for are more hooks in the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Also, really thin walls. We heard the kids next door all the time.

No integrity . I was told by a staff member that since I had a family emergency, I would get a refund, only to get an email that says I would b billed!!! I was going to your place to celebrate my son being home after 4 years away. But his leave was postponed a week. I guess Expedia and Hilton could care less about a young man serving his country!!!!!

I very much liked that they had a place for games and for kids / adults to play. Also since there was no coffee pot in the room they kept a fresh pot of coffee and hot water all day and night. With the choic of tea.and hot cocoa. It was different but i enjoyed it. They also have you options to buy snacks if interested for an additional cost. The lobby was colorful and cozy and lots of places/ couches to sit.

The property is very clean, nice outside seating too. NOT BABY FRIENDLY!!!!! Got 2 noise complaints for my baby crying. Poor planning on the hotels part for putting someone beneith me

Hilton hotels are always a great bet. This one is excellent with hatd floors and large rooms extreamly clean and just a really great hotel. No negatives at all here a great stay for business or family vaction. Everything is close by. True you will need a car or libral use of Uber but beyond that an awesome choice.

Checkin was easy, the staff is very warm and friendly. The room was very clean and nice. Nice free breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed our stay as we were in town to drop our child off at college.
