Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, an IHG Hotel

The entire staff at the hotel were wonderful. Jenn in the restaurant was amazing. The front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Valet staff were efficient and very helpful and always pleasant. Housekeeping was very quick to meet any and every need. Would recommend this property to friends and family.

Good location for Cleveland Clinic patients and family. Valet parking only. Free shuttle service to clinic.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful with our handicapped family member. They called and made sure that a hospital shuttle was there to pick us up on time. Will definitely stay there again.

The cafe and the cafe staff were absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond for my family. We will definitely stay there again if in the Cleveland area.

The only advantage was proximity to Cleveland Clinic. Otherwise, the services are terrible. The fountain is still not working because of COVID-19 which has nothing to do scientifically with Covid. I am a physician and the statement here is not a feeling- but a fact. You have to buy your drinking water. The breakfast quality is poor, you pay extra for it. The entire ambience is very suboptimal, lobby is not clean, tables have food debris on them, the property is understaffed. It is nothing to compare to hotels aim its caliber. My family and I won’t stay here in the future. We were very disappointed.

It was Nice but their is no parking unless you eant to pay $24 to Valet in front of the hotel. When asked where we could park we were told we could park in the main parking garage of the hospital which was a few blocks away. It was 11pm when we arrived. I had a toddler with me I wasnt parking in the garage blocks away. When Booking I always look for parking but it never says anything. So this is my review on the Parking. The hotel was nice, clean, friendly staffed. We did luck out when we went to Valet the lady told us to park on thr street next to the hotel as it was free and since we had a very small car we could fit up front without blocking the entrance. So we really lucked out!

The valet service was a hot disorganized mess. So bad we weren’t comfortable having them park our car. We parked down the street for $6. Also….. attention all hotels. Devise a way for house keeping to know who has checked out without knocking on doors waking people up in the morning. DO NOT Wake people up especially on a Sunday morning. After a light night of celebrating, they woke up our whole room prior to 9:00 am. I told them we wouldn’t be out until check out time, put the sign out, and they came back and knocked ANYWAY. We paid for our room to be woken up and disturbed twice while the room was still ours. Pretty loud guests screaming at their young kids well last 11:00, but no their fault.
