Dirty blankets and shower seemed to not really work. Bed was very uncomfortable. Both me and my finance barely slept. First time we’ve gone out since having a baby and just weren’t very happy with our stay. Employees were very nice though

My family (of 3) and I enjoyed the hotel and the room we stayed so much. Located near many restaurants right in downtown Cleveland. It was fun to walk around. The room was spacious (we chose a king bed with a pullout sofa). Mainly because this room is bigger than a normal 2 queens or 1 king. Huge and clean bathroom. It’s just comfortable. The lobby is nice and welcoming. I truly have no complaint.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as important guest. Also we were there to celebrate our aunt Daisy’s 105th birthday and Crown Royal and their staff help us make a wonderful family milestone and memory. Thank you everyone: just to make a few of the names we can remember off the top of our heads but there were so many more superstars than these I recall. Alex at concierge, April at front desk, Michelle in food services and all the valet stars that meet us open arrival and departure. You make our stay a joyful experience and a pleasure during our stay. Thank you ❣️💕💗

The gym was excellent! Very clean and inviting. And the beds were very comfortable! Did not like that the bar closed before 11. We went to an event and were hoping to have a drink when we returned before 11on a Saturday night. The bar was closed. Very disappointing. Also the toilet height in room 415 was child size. It was very uncomfortable to use due to the extremely low height.

Hotel is very nice and in a great location. The hotel staff were very kind, however, some of the Valet staff were extremely disrespectful, offensive, and rude. Swearing and name-calling in front of my family.

Went for Hamilton perfect stay just a 4 min walk to the playhouse square, great restaurants around all in walking distance, and valet kid Gabe super friendly and welcoming.

My family wants to stay here every time we visit Cleveland now. The family suite was so spacious and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly.
