Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris

Worst stay ever! The tall black man with the long hair was very rude. When asking a question about the price of our son’s room he says”ugh these f-ing people!” Or when my kids checked in he was. Down right rude. saying, “Jesus Christ!” “I can’t deal these people stupid people!” It was like we was putting him out. Didn’t want to wait on us. The GM stated that he could call Hilton and have my daughter privileges revoked since she is an employee for Hilton because we thought we could check in. Was just treating about her job. Gave us information about our daughter’s friends and family rates. I want to get this settled be Hilton refunded my kids rooms so I think we should be as well. These employees are so rude! Will never stay here again and will give word of mouth experiences about this place too.

We had a great stay. However I would suggest having a policy of no kids in the pool after 9. We have stayed in numerous motels through the years and only one had this policy. Why every motel doesn't is beyond me. It is not unrealistic and makes a world of an improved experience.

We DIDMT STAY. I had intentionally turned off my card to avoid my children making unauthorized charges through gaming apps which led to the card decline due to “fraud”, knowing this was not the issue and certainly could be resolved. The Manager refused to allow me to use that card even when the card was unlocked and fraud was NOT the issue. I had the reservation and was then proud to spend my money elsewhere! Paying with the EXACT card your Management refused to accept!! But I’m sure my Pennies mean nothing to a greedy franchise that had zero common sense to realize we life in a day in age where we have options at the click of our fingers to avoid unnecessary charges. My hotel stay was an authorized charge and should have never been an issue.

First room was not hotels fault it was the fault of "family" who spent their time screaming at the children, running from room to room slamming doors, knocking on our door because they couldn't remember their room number. The desk clerk moved us. Unfortunately the room we were moved to had the noisiest AC I have ever heard. When we checked out no one asked us how our stay was.
