Comfort Inn North/Polaris

Very loud noise in the late night. Probably come from nearby high way. Not quite clean of tower and bed sheet. Definitely not a good choice for family

Pros: customer service was excellent; several breakfast options and very clean; location of property to stores and businesses was convenient; adequate room size and Wi-Fi accessibility; fridge and microwave available. Cons: We had to change our first room because there was little space to hang up clothes; drawer space limited; limited number of tv channels;bathroom was extremely small; toilet was fit for a small child not an adult; no place To hang towels and washcloths; need separate switch for light and fan in bathroom; bathtub/shower not adequate for a normal-sized adult.

Check in was slow - only one staff person and she was weary. Printer slow to work - several of us had keys that wouldn't work and had to be reprinted/magnetized. The carpets in the hallway were worn and dirty; our room carpeting was grossly dirty with spots everywhere. The room smelled badly. I requested towels on day three and had to go pick them up at the desk. There was no service provided in our four day stay even though requested. The desk clerk had to bring us bags for our trash, wash cloths but I was out of shampoo and soap/. I am a Red Cross nurse, used to making the best of a situation but this was a NEVER GO there AGAIN situation. Some guests had four to five children with them in one room and filled the eating area for extended periods, making it impossible for staff to refill items or wipe the sticky tables. If I was a manager I'd do a site visit. The gentleman at check out could not have been nicer. That said - it was a very disappointing stay as I informed our family and friends that had gathered for a celebration.

It was nice I enjoyed breakfast. Quiet hotel, We particularly chose this hotel due to location and " indoor heated pool" we were so disappointed when we got to the pool and the water was not heated and it was too cold to allow our 3 year old child to swim. Very disappointing.carpets old and stained I was nervous to walk bare foot in my room. Staff is kind.

Very Dirty and noisy elevator. No dark curtains covering full window. Whole family was awake since very early morning due to sunlight.

It was horrible they put me in a handicap room .. shower was horrible .. front Beach outside was bad somebody will sit on it and it will break .. kids running around pounding on walls and doors and being loud .. adults were also drinking on lobby .. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone .. also couldn't even look out window the window glass was broken .. and are view was a trash can smh .. never again

Although it's a little shabby around the edges, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and pillows were perfect, the staff was kind and helpful, and it was overall a good stay. However the walls are a little thin and I could hear the family above me jumping around. Still a nice mini vaycay for myself.

Clean room, kids loved the pool. Surrounded by shopping, and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for a low cost family stay in the Westerville area near Polaris Mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the free breakfast had a large selection. Great value !
