Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris

Came into town for a 2 day shopping trip at Polaris. This Hotel is the best around! If you ever get a chance stay at a Drury inn. They have complimentary breakfast and also dinner with bar drinks! After a long day it is nice to not have to go out to get a bite to eat. You can just go to the hotel, relax and have dinner there. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. The Staff were very friendly. They treat you like family! Thank you Drury inn for being affordable and family friendly.

The staff was really good. Very accommodating. My family and I liked the free drinks :) and dinner every night.

Wonderful stay for fourth in town for family visit. Excellent food service and great staff !

Everthing was great except for some roudt kids the staff did their best to take care of, they made stay difficult

My family came for an overnighter for the first time at this hotel. Customer service at the desk was very informative and helpful and we arrived just in time to partake in the dinner service. There was quite a bit of traffic so we skimmed through and grab some salads. My daughters were able to enjoy the pool for an hour, which was very crowded but to be expected for the holiday weekend. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable and clean.

Woman in breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday 5/18 weekend was outstanding. She was so friendly and accommodating. She made my kids laugh and feel special. She was excellent. Everyone was kind and friendly.

This was our first time staying at a Drury Hotel after our friends stayed at another location and liked it. Once we checked in our room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned very well and then we found an open jar of sugar scrub and a Women’s hygiene douche in the shower!! We were completely disgusted, especially because we have a young child who touches and puts everything in his mouth. We went down and notified the front desk and the girl was very apologetic and nice she let us know someone would go up to our room and handle it. An hour later nothing was still taken care of so we left and went to dinner. At dinner we decided we were going to head back to the hotel and pack up our belongings and just head home because we were just so grossed out. When we notified the front desk, she was very sorry and explained they have had multiple issues with this house keeper and that the house keepers have access to use the showers. Which made us wonder how well the rooms even get clean if a house keeper is showering in the room instead of taking time to clean it. And again with a young child it’s very important to us that the room is clean. We are still waiting to hear back from the hotel on how this will be handed.

Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well-staffed. The food wasn't bad and my kid loved the pool.

The hotel itself was great, when we checked in there were appetizers for our family. There was a good selection of food along with drink cards for the bar. The room was comfortable and clean, failry strait forward room nothing overly special but was updated, fresh, and smelled clean. Bathroom was nice and roomy, had diapensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. When we woke up before we left there was a full self serve breakfast from waffles to sausage, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, and bagels. No sliced fruit but did have bananas and Apples. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and environment. We didn't have time to check out the pool or gym area but could tell people were using them. They also have a small market to buy refreshments, food, and essentials if you forgot any toiletries. We will definitely look for a Drury on our next trip.

Children running up and down the halls, up and down the stairs. Throwing shoes at the walls. Holding up the elevators. Quiet time was not quiet time. This is the third time it’s happened and yes we have said this is an issue. And we requested a quiet room because of this last time. Things spilled all over the floors. Sticky floors and elevators. Trash in halls and elevators. Couldn’t get our meals because there were so many kids running around meal area and pushing you out. This place used to be a quite nice place. Management could do something about this but they choose not to. They only want the money. Dog poop all over the place. No one cleans it up.
