Nice overnight stay with the kid. No complaints.

Wonderful experience staff was so friendly and helpful, facility was extremely fun and we received guest (family) in common areas that was so relaxing... room was great except for 2 people there should be more seating like recliner... wish there was a microwave because we brought back leftovers from restaurants and couldn't re-warm it up.

Poor service for check in and check out. Air conditioning not consistent at night.. me, my wife and kid woke up several times because it was too hot and then having to put blankets back on when the air decided to work.

Hotel & rooms were very clean. Was perfect for us going back-and-forth to the Ohio Beef Expo. Breakfast was good! We wish there were microwaves in the room so we didn’t have to go down stairs to warm up our food. We also wish it had a pool for our grandkids & a hot tub for us.

It was close to family & check in was smooth. The bed was comfortable, but there was a lot of hair in the shower,

Staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and the staff found several rooms on the same floor for our family. Two of us run businesses, and the lobby area provided different modern seating/workspaces. Also like the modern motif.

We booked this hotel because my husband had a late night arrival. Check-in was easy and convenient. The lobby was warm and inviting. I was very thankful for the delicious coffee that was available in the lobby 24/7 since I wanted to stay awake until my husband's arrival. The room was smaller than your typical hotel room, but the furnishings were very streamlined making excellent use of the space. The sheets were soft and the pillows were numerous and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bed frame stuck out a little too much for the space so my husband hit his leg on it a couple times. The bathroom had adequate space and we enjoyed all the toiletries offered. The breakfast was decent and we really enjoyed the pancakes rolled out by the pancake machine. We noticed there were some board games and a pool table available for guests and had we stayed another night we would have definitely taken advantage of these offerings. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
