Comfort Suites

There was a pill laying on the bathroom floor when entering. Fortunately we didn't have small children who may have swallowed it. There was plates and garbage in trash can. The front desk gentleman came and changed trash can. The breakfast had a good selection. Would stay again.

We decided to take a chance on this hotel because the price was so good, and overall, it was decent, but there were some big negatives. The location was decent, right off the interstate and easy to get in and out of. The room as sizable and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was decent and well stocked, however the breakfast area was a little small based on the number of people eating there. It was also very nice that there was free water offered in the fitness center. The one huge letdown was the pool. It was a heated indoor and the room it was in was in was very hot and humid. The water was merky and immediately after our kids climbed in, I started looking at the water and saw it was full of hair and dibris. I told them to get out and we didn't go near the pool after that.

☆☆☆COCKROACHES☆☆☆ When we checked in, our room wasn't ready. So we had to be assigned a different room. There were several children and employees (assuming their parents) running around, in and out of empty rooms. I couldn't even push a cart down a hallway. Nothing in the room actually seemed clean. Some lights didn't even work. The fridge was dated & rusty. Every handle had some gross buildup around it. Mold in the bathroom ceilings. I killed an actual cockroach with my own shoe. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Do not waste your money.

Great staff, great breakfast, snacks, and pool. An overall great place. Would recommend for single or families.

We had a window sill full of ants. Black mold on the ceiling in sleeping area and all over the bathroom ceiling. We were charged for two pets BUT we HAD ZERO pets. Breakfast eggs and sausage was horrible. MYO waffles were good and the pool was clean and perfect for kids. Would not book here again. Still havent been refunded the over charge and I brought it to the managers attention twice. cant post my video proof of ants and mold

It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. It smelled like smoke really bad along with marijuana. People across from us as also selling it from their hotel room all night. We got woken up around 1:00am and it didn’t stop until 5:00am. We kept calling the front desk and they said they would take care of it but they didn’t. They had two small children also running the hallways all night. I don’t recommend this place if your a non smoker/marijuana and like to get rest at night.

The UNcomortABLE Suites! This was one of my worst stays ever! To get into the lobby, you have to step over car plug ins that cover the sidewalk. Not great for ADA guests. Our entire floor smelled like smoke, despite their smoke free policy. You can smoke her, cigarettes.. weed… vape, etc. when I complained, they used some sort of febreeze like air freshener that made it worse. Not great for an asthmatic! I picked smoke-free for a reason. The room numbers were falling off the wall and replaced with paper signs. Large laundry cart filled with dirty laundry has been in the hall for 2 days. The housekeeper had her small child with, which was just plain sad! Keep driving…. This one should be a hard pass! Not what I paid for!!?

Cheap, plenty of parking, staff was nice and helpful with check in making it super easy. Wish I was on a higher floor and they would put people of different floors for that matter. When I checked in it seemed everyone on the parking list was on the first floor besides 1 family. This 1 family was directly above my room and their kids starting bouncing, stomping in the floor and running up and down the halls at 8am. So much so I had to go up there to ask politely to settle down as I’m sure others were insanely annoyed as well. Free breakfast I wish went till 11am. Bed was comfortable but super springy. House keeping knocked on out door at 11:01am. Other than that was an alright stay.

No coffee the first day, second day no juice. Room was not very clean, screen on window torn, water spots on ceilings, loose tiles in bathroom, shower very slippery, no pillowcase on my pillow and I wiped dirt off sheets when we first arrived! Saturday lots of housekeeping children in halls on ALL floors! I nearly tripped on one!

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good and the bathroom was very clean the pool was nice my grandkids love it.
