This hotel was a good hotel. I just gave birth and traveled from Texas to Tennessee to Ohio. I had a newborn baby and the hotel was clean and friendly. Overall my family and I are happy with our stay at this hotel.

Key cards did not work. It took us 4 long walks to front desk and a service worker to get in our room. The gentleman at the front desk (night clerk) was not polite and was not helpful. The restaurant /bar was a mess and we wanted a night cap and the restaurant was so filthy (all the tables dirty) we could not sit down. Will never book this hotel again and will tell friends and family not to go there.

I had a reservation in Columbus, OH, called them to let them know that I was not using the 1st night bcuz the special family event, the person -a man- on the call told me 'Don't worry you will be fine.' and I was confident. When I went there to check-in the next day, they said my reservation was cancelled for NO SHOW. I slept in the lobby in a Couch! A man brough me water around 4 am. They treat me really bad. They should do something since as an hospitality ex-worker I know they could made other arrangements so I dont spent the night in the street in such cold weather! The manager apologize next morning and offered me free breakfast and the ride to the airport, but I was so sad, tired and dissapointed. I will never ever again make reservations with you again. Spoke to Travelocity they couldn't do nothing either but Jose told me he will find a way for reimbursement. Hope they can do that.

Customer service was good. But we had an issue with someone across the hall from us. They had a dog up barking till 2am if not, it was later. The dog kept me and my newborn baby up all night. We also had an issue with our toilet. The seat was broken. After talking to the lady at the front desk the next day she was very nice and handled this issue well. We did end up checking out a day early because of the issue of the dog. I personally was running on 4 hours of sleep because of this darn dog!!!!! I know the hotel is pet friendly but if people can’t keep their dogs contained then they shouldn’t be allowed to stay there.

It’s a long walk from the parking lot. When I checked in they required another $10 to park. AND I had to walk all the way back to my car to put a permit in the car. Then to walk to the elevators to get to the guest rooms is a really really far walk. This is really a conference hotel and not for families.

By far the worse experience I have had at a hotel! Extremely rude staff, as if we burden them to stay at their hotel. The biggest issue was there was a fire alarm and they did not have an on-staff maintenance professional available to assist first responders to gain access to the source of what appeared to be an electrical fire! Furthermore, they locked the gate slowing down the fire department’s ability to get in to the section of the parking lot my family was staying in. So at 4am my kids and 88 years old grandmother was outside waiting on the hotel to get maintenance staff on scene. While I know the fire alarm is not on them, as things happen. What this hotel can control is their attitude and approach towards guest and having a maintenance professional at the hotel 24/7, as it should be a requirement for these situation. Those lack of preparedness for what could have been a extreme emergency situation was subpar. If this was a more severe fire, lives could have been changed based on their lack of preparation. Lastly, you can’t be rude and unprepared!
