Embassy Suites Columbus-Airport

We've stayed here several times visiting my daughter at Ohio State. It is THE BEST hotel with friendly staff that is always willing to help you, excellent breakfast with the best made-to order omelette chef, clean rooms, and easy accessibility to both the airport and Ohio State. This is a got-to spot for my family when visiting Columbus, Ohio.

My kiddo loved the pool. I wish the hot tub was open. The icemakers were broken on almost all of the floors. Loved the layout of our room

We stayed at Embassy due to soccer tournament. It was lovely there! Happy hour was awesome, room had quite a bit of space, bathroom was big. Liked the table for eating. We had 3 grandkids with us. It had a microwave and fridge. Overall we had a great experience and yes the breakfast was more than what we expected. I would give this hotel a 10!!

My family and I stayed here for our weekend stay in Columbus. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was close to everything we did downtown, no more than a 10 minute drive to everything. I will definitely be staying again when visiting Columbus!

The hotel was very nice. The lobby was freezing though! The pool was insane when we took our kids around 730. There were teenagers jumping in and horse playing meanwhile the "security guard" just sat there on his phone. The kids with me were 1,3,5, and 7 and we had to make them leave because they almost got jumped on and hit multiple times. The room was very nice! The pillows were extremely uncomfortable but other than that it was an easy stay. Checking out the assistant GM wasn't very friendly. I stood there and waited for him to call me up to the desk and all he did was look at me so I came to the desk and he didn't greet me at all I just said I need to check out and he said what's your suite number and I told him then he said okay done and that was it. Did not ask me how my stay was or thank me for staying at that hotel. Need a little customer service training. Very disappointed that he was the assistant GM.

This is a big hotel. All the amenities were great. The happy hour and evening snacks were great and such a hard to find perk. The room was big and had plenty of space for the family. Breakfast was dynamite! Only downside was having to call the front desk x3 and continuing to be put on hold. Also the excessive noise of lots of teenagers in the pool area unsupervised yelling and screaming. Room service is expensive, but good quality.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The only negative I have is the number of kids unsupervised around the hotel (not the hotel's fault) and the pool was over run by kids so we didn't try to swim. The pool was smaller than I was expecting.
