8:00 am we were awaken to 3 loud noises. Above us lots of jumping and then a loud vacuum sound in our room and hallway. Then we can hear water running. I called the front desk and the jumping stopped and the loud vacuum noise stopped. Mariah was the lady i talked to about the noises. I recorded the noises for proof. Lastly the $100 hold on the room should have been displayed on the web site. Some families are on a budget and need their money. We was ok with it because our limit is high.

Nice room beds a little firm for my taste. No complementary breakfast. They have breakfast for additional 12.95 each adult.or 10.00 for kids. That seemed excessive to me.

Certainly! Here’s a sample review for your hotel stay: --- We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and had an overall pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome, especially on our first night. Their warm hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. They spent hours enjoying the water, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. However, the bed in our room was quite uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality. I hope this can be improved for future guests. Despite this, we had a good time and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. We would consider staying here again, especially if the bedding situation is addressed.

I feel like they asked too many questions about having a service dog with me. And then we had a toddler and she could not crawl on the carpets cuz the carpets were dirty, our feet were dirty, her knees and everything were dirty. In the shower, curtain kept coming down to the middle. And the metal piece that hooks to the wall kept coming off

This hotel is amazing. So clean, the staff are nice and helpful. The pool is warm and they always have towels. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options and they are always adding to it. The rooms are nice and large, lots of space for a family of 5, 2 extra chairs to sit on and the bathroom is spacious and nice. Definitely recommend and we will stay her again.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. The check in guy Louis was super nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The pool should have opened at 8:00 and when I asked they said it could be up to 2 hours later but checkout was at 11. The manager did not like my opinion then turned to my young children to try and scare them from using the pool. She should NEVER try to scare a guest’s children under any circumstance. She asked for my room number which I did not give her. Shortly after that I was followed by the maintenance man. I am not a paranoid person and this is the first time this has happened to me. I am aware that there should be cameras that could have followed me but maybe they were not working.

I couldn’t be more happier about our stay. Clean room with comfortable beds. Refrigerator and microwave for convenience, also tea maker. Nice breakfast. My family had a nice weekend stay.

Front desk lady who checked us in on 2/2/24 was very professional and represents the hotel extremely well. Best experience for my family
