Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center

Wonderful place for a family getaway! We had a dance competition at the conference center and stayed at the hotel for the weekend. The room (2 queen suite) was spacious and clean, both pools were great, and breakfast was awesome with a good variety of choices. The grounds are beautiful with lovely flowers and landscaping. Complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby and a free litrle library were nice touches. We had a wonderful weekend stay here!

What a pleasant surprise! We were in town for a memorial service and family wasn’t even aware this was a hotel.

This is the perfect place for a conference, family get away. Just a beautiful campus, great service. We didn’t make it to the pub onsite but on our list for when we are back in the area! Tucked away from the busy area.

The Admirals youth hockey group from Ontario Canada was extremely disrespectful. Knocking on our door and running many times between 10p-1am. Playing hockey in hallway right outside of door, refusing to stop. No supervision of the kids was provide from the adults; they were drinking in another room. Kids were wreaking havoc in the pool and fitness center. The entire group should have been removed from the premises but were permitted to continue to behave poorly despite multiple calls from many other guests. There was security in hall but nothing done. It was unquestionably the worst stay I’ve had here. Barely slept due to the noise, anxiety of retaliation, etc. I do hope this group was banned from ever staying here again. A refund would be nice.

On Sunday August 27th I called to speak with a manager and the manager on duty at 1:20pm was very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. She didn’t provide me with her name when asked. This was the worse experience I have ever had with the hotel which makes me, my family & business partners NEVER want to stay there again!

Very nice room for family trip to Columbus zoo. Only issue I’d say was the fact there was no housekeeping and we had to go down to the front desk for any request. Other than that everyone was kind and our stay was great. Sofa bed was a little old, but that seems to happen at most hotels.

The bathroom and shower was extremely small and tight. It was very hard to shower or use the bathroom by myself let alone trying to give 4 you g children showers. The pull out couch bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable.

This was the first time we stayed here. The reviews were the best out of any hotel that I looked at and the property looked beautiful from the photos. The property was definitely beautiful. We had a king suite which was very nice, but the bathroom setup not so much. The sink was on the outside and the tub/shower and toilet were in a tiny room with a door. There was no exhaust fan in the tiny shower room, the water pressure was not so great and the tub felt like it was on a slant. If you had to turn the light on where the sink was and someone was sleeping they might be bothered since the bedroom was right there and there wasn’t a door. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool, but there were six weddings a family reunion and something else going on the weekend we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy either pool. All in all the hotel and property were very nice, but it seems like there’s a lot of events that go on there so it’s a busy place. It was pretty quiet given all that was going on except for one night there were some kids running through the halls at 1:30am.

Wonderful stay. Pool was great for the kid. Very nice breakfast. Room was clean. Liked the "campus atmosphere" of it.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. It was our family of 4, including 2 teens. The size of the room was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to friends.
