The hotel and property were very convenient clean and affordable. My family felt safe. Woke up next day. Well rested nice beds would definitely book again.

It was amazing and the best option for my family and I. We needed something right away and this was available. The only thing I didnt like was no option for free breakfast.

the pool,bar restaurant and fitness room were all closed.Main reasons i booked here.grandkids were mad about the pool.None of the outside doors worked except the front door.very dissapointed.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool. Upon arrival we were told that the pool was under construction. We had 5 very disappointed children. Also the TV’s didn’t work. Could only get 1 or 2 channels. We asked for compensation or discounted rates but because we booked through Expedia we were turned down. Very disappointing stay!!

Multiple cars was broke into. Security said he had ran off kids that night but yet Multiple cars was broke into. My sister is having to pay for her driver windows to be replace. So arent the others !

We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday, the last of which we paid nearly double other two nights because of the home OSU-Michigan game. So the hotel was not cheap. There were 2 things that disappointed me. 1) Both beds were the squeakiest beds I've ever slept in (and I'm a baby boomer), and the beds were also very squishy -- much too squishy for my tastes. 2) One of the beds looked as though the bottom sheet had not been changed when we arrived. Why do I say this? The bottom sheet was very wrinkled, as if from use (not the dryer), and there were a couple of spots of dirt on the bottom sheet. We didn't complain because we really only needed one bed for the two of us and because we could not prove that the sheet had not been changed.

Booked this hotel because we were going to the Columbus Zoo and wanted the kids to have a nice pool to cool off in after a long day. Check in only to find the pool was closed for remodeling, no mention of this at all anywhere on the site. Only 1 elevator was working, and all the rear entrances were closed off as well.
