TRU BY Hilton Sharonville

We just stayed one quick night, but we’ve found the Tru by Hilton hotels to be a reliably great choice every time. They are clean, modern, and family friendly. This one included.

We were provided what we requested. 2 allergy friendly rooms, 1 for a family with a 9 year old and 1 for 2 senior citizens. We were in state to attend a funeral. What surprised us when we arrived was the elevator and parking lot smelled of pot. However we didn't realize the state legalized the substance. The staff is kind and friendly. And they worked hard since in the morning the elevator smelled fresh and clean. So thank you.

Was nice place to stay for our weekend getaway. Breakfast was always well stocked and clean. Nice area for kids to play in lobby area. Overall lovely place to stay.

Stood here for a last minute road trip to the zoo, with my family. The price was perfect. The distance to the zoo was fine. The free breakfast was convenient. The staff were so polite throughout our stay. Facilities were clean, new and well maintained. Highly recommended

I’ve stayed at quite a lot of ( I’d guess more then 1000 in my entire life thus far)hotels.. I have to travel to drs monthly. This one was the best I’ve ever stayed in (and I’m old lol) my room was handicapped accessible and had the best shower chair (that was not built in) it was very stable and made the way I wanted to design one, it clamps . I could get all around my room with ease in my wheelchair. Only 2 negative issues at all for me personally 1.the door is great but very heavy if you’re disabled 2. More important to some(myself included) to reach the thermostat in my room was almost impossible for me, it’s is on the wall which is great but if you’re in wheelchair you need long arms or you need to have legs that work or you’ll fall out of chair. For me these are very minor issues, as I always travel with someone, some may not. My favorite part of my stay was how soundproof the rooms are ! I have very sensitive hearing and I never heard the neighbors tv or kids in hall or anyone yelling. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. To get my message out about this room I’ll say this.. if you’re handicapped and need a room this one has the best accessible bathroom by far more than a 10 star! You can move in you’re chair without hitting wall or something. Oh and the best bonus is your tv will greet you! 🤗

Customer Service could use alot of help and professionalism. Not to mention the cussing going on between employees of the evening shift. Definitely was disappointing for a Hilton Brand. Also breakfast was closed down earlier than it was supposed to be. Housekeeping brought their child in a stroller and left them in the hallway while they was working..

Great location for visiting family in the area. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The rooms were big and nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good except for not very kid friendly. We had to travel for better dining. Just to remote.

I was wildly impressed by this Hotel! It was so clean and the staff were excellent to deal with. They were kind and helpful. I had an armful of medical equipment for my handicap son. And the front staff were kind to help me load it on a trolley. We have had many hotel stays that accompany our 8.5 hr drive to the children's hospital and this was our first stay here at TRU by Hilton. So far, no stay as compared to the quietness, cleanliness, and kindness! When we have to travel again, this will be a first look hotel.

My stay was not as good as previous stay. It was extremely noisy with kids running in the halls knocking on doors. This continued past 11 pm. And started in the morning around 8 am. The staff however, were kind and courteous. Melissa was especially polite and helpful.
