My stay was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. I loved that it was more than powdered eggs, microwavable sausages, and waffles that you make yourself. It was a variety and it was delicious. I wasn't thrilled that they allowed dogs in the dining area. I feel like everyone should be accommodates not just people that claim they need an animal with them. Besides this animal was hugged on and and doted on by the children as if it was a household pet not a service animal.

Our family booked 2 rooms for a 2-night stay May 24th-26th. Our overall stay was quite pleasant, with the exception of excessive pet hair/dander in one of our rooms. I brought this to the attention on several hotels employees, with no resolution in the end. During our checkout, the front desk rep only seemed to have notated that was given from myself and left at that.

I made reservation for 6 people they set the room up for 3 when i asked for towels for the other 3 in my room it was fight to get them. I took the kids to the pool and they had no towels available for the pool area. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned well. There was hairs in the bathe tub and on the toilet. The breakfast was great.

Easy access from I-75 and the room rate wasn’t too high. Was nice to have enough space in my room for each of my 3 children to not have to share sleeping space with their brother and sister.

The room with a king bed and sofa bed/couch area works well for us. We like the large area for dining, meeting rooms, and such so we could have family visit us at the hotel when here on our Christmas break. It was also good they left the area with the microwave available to use anytime, especially since we didn't have one in our room to heat up leftovers. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the hotel was busy, hot water seemed to be an issue in the morning, but then by late morning there was more hot water. Maybe they need to increase the hot water capacity? We appreciate the location near I-75 and 275 for traveling to visit family and friends.

It was a holiday. Four day weekend trip. Quick check-in. Room.was very nice neat and clean. King bed was very comfy and nice . I love that they came and clean the room everyday. Breakfast included and lots of choices. And they have a big area for breakfast lounge. All the staff's are very nice and friendly. It was a great experience! We love and very our stay. Great price per night compare to other. Sure we will come back next time we came visit family. Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Everything was great with our stay except for the day we we’re checking out, we had to skip breakfast because someone had let their child go to breakfast alone and they were touching all of the food with bare hands and putting their faces in the food. Someone should have been supervising their children instead of letting them run loose. The first morning breakfast was great and everyone was friendly. The beds were comfy and rooms clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I know the kid thing was not a hotel issue.

The two nights we stayed were nice. Our teenage kids loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was good. Not far from Kings Island.

The hotel was really quiet, even though im sure it was all booked. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, lobby, and hallways. My kids really enjoyed it most of all. Oh don't forget the wonderful breakfast it was phenomenal. Thanks again.
