My stay was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. I loved that it was more than powdered eggs, microwavable sausages, and waffles that you make yourself. It was a variety and it was delicious. I wasn't thrilled that they allowed dogs in the dining area. I feel like everyone should be accommodates not just people that claim they need an animal with them. Besides this animal was hugged on and and doted on by the children as if it was a household pet not a service animal.

Traveling with a child. Our flight was delayed, called to make sure our room reservation wouldn't be cancelled. At arrival at hotel the front doors were locked, indicates some measure of security. Hyatt place excellent job from top to bottom, very clean facility and professional staff . The breakfast staff were a pleasure to interact with also

Our family booked 2 rooms for a 2-night stay May 24th-26th. Our overall stay was quite pleasant, with the exception of excessive pet hair/dander in one of our rooms. I brought this to the attention on several hotels employees, with no resolution in the end. During our checkout, the front desk rep only seemed to have notated that was given from myself and left at that.

I made reservation for 6 people they set the room up for 3 when i asked for towels for the other 3 in my room it was fight to get them. I took the kids to the pool and they had no towels available for the pool area. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned well. There was hairs in the bathe tub and on the toilet. The breakfast was great.

Easy access from I-75 and the room rate wasn’t too high. Was nice to have enough space in my room for each of my 3 children to not have to share sleeping space with their brother and sister.

The room with a king bed and sofa bed/couch area works well for us. We like the large area for dining, meeting rooms, and such so we could have family visit us at the hotel when here on our Christmas break. It was also good they left the area with the microwave available to use anytime, especially since we didn't have one in our room to heat up leftovers. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the hotel was busy, hot water seemed to be an issue in the morning, but then by late morning there was more hot water. Maybe they need to increase the hot water capacity? We appreciate the location near I-75 and 275 for traveling to visit family and friends.

It was a holiday. Four day weekend trip. Quick check-in. Room.was very nice neat and clean. King bed was very comfy and nice . I love that they came and clean the room everyday. Breakfast included and lots of choices. And they have a big area for breakfast lounge. All the staff's are very nice and friendly. It was a great experience! We love and very our stay. Great price per night compare to other. Sure we will come back next time we came visit family. Thank you for making our stay perfect!
